I think these reviews must come from people who don't understand business. A 10 minute wait time and you blew your top? Imagine having to work for a living lmao. I went there and the desk was kind from the start; helpful and quick to answer questions- maybe there was a change in employment but one Corey was especially helpful. I've dealt with many banks in Waunakee for personal and business and I have yet to figure out why Associated takes so long. It doesn't matter if I do drive-thru or go in. Today I was the only person in line and I had 5 checks to deposit. Why did it take over 10 minutes. And this isn't a new problem, it's been going on for the last year at least.
