Associated Bank S Grand Ave, Sun Prairie

Rude teller, unmotivated and uncaring manager, the manager in training is the worst of them all. I am a real estate investor and do about 3 transactions a month and anytime I have to deal with cashing checks that are drafted off associated i would have my fingers ran over. Just don’t do it to yourself drive a block up and go to bank of sun prairie much better service!

I am not a member of this bank but I am glad I am not. The teller supervisor was visibly annoyed that the transaction was not a straightforward one. If he had been thinking about the Bank's customer that I was trying to help who was over the phone he, the bank employee could have just picked up the phone and call the customer but this was probably beneath him. Sun Prairie location, between 3pm and 330 pm. 6/15/17 @ 941 am. Had to return to this bank because a vendor I work with has his CK account here. I want to recognize Kristin for being the complete opposite of the teller supervisor last time I was here. Very pleasant experience with Kristin. Thanks

Rude teller. I closed on a house and needed to get a cashiers check. The teller who assisted me was clearly having a bad day or just didn’t want to offer a smidge of politeness. Either way, not impressed and will be looking into switching banks.

It was a very quick and efficient transaction. Come and go in 5 mins probably because I was the only one there. Helpful staff.

Friendly helpful staff. Yeah, they'll pitch you on their services, but they will also bend over backwards, sideways and any which way to help you out.

Terrible experience with this branch. Closed all my accounts and withdrew everything, then get a notice in the mail 3 weeks later saying my account is -$600 with not one lick of an effort of trying to communicate with me to let me know of this transaction that somehow went through a closed account. Now I'm going to multiple other branches and customer care to figure out the sun prairie branches negligence. If anything do not go to this branch go somewhere else or bank at another place. Also this branch literally recommended me to get my truck loan with Summit credit union not associated sooooo yeah this bank is just terrible.

Amy was outstanding and made easy work of opening up a checking and savings account. Rather than setting up a time to make yet another trip to the bank, she efficiently and happily tackled the forms, paperwork and more to get the job done while being very friendly.

Only used the drive up. Friendly staff and service

Closed my account for an untold reason after being a customer for 30 years!
