Associated Bank W Murdock Ave, Oshkosh

Though not the best bank, I had a good experience with this branch in particular. The lobby is kept very clean, and is fairly large compared to others. Staff was following Covid-19 protocol and even though they were busy, they moved the line of customers along promptly.

Worst place I've ever banked. My checking account is always overdrafted and I'm always getting charged all kinds of fees. Than when you call the bank the tellers are super rude and don't care about anything you have to say. Can't wait to close my account and go somewhere else. I miss first national Bank never had problems with them. If your what you would stay away from this bank.

We have all our accounts with Associated Bank, going on 10 years plus and never any problems, very little teller turn over, very high rate of Personal Banker turnover meaning that there is a problem at that level, if you want to open a Savings, Checking call ahead and make an appointment with a Personal Banker otherwise you might end up waiting awhile, keep your basic banking with Associated and take your Investments to a Broker.

It's a bank, checking, savings, loans... usually pretty quick service.

Wont cash a cashiers check that they issued. Do not trust these people with your money.

I've been with Associated Bank over 40 years! No problems! I'd never change banks. Tellers and staff are very polite and helpful.

Have been to most of the branches in Oshkosh. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Like another bank says "it feels like home".
