We just purchased our home using Aspire home mortgage. It was our first time using the VA loan to purchase our forever home but they were so informative. They made the entire process so easy for us. They kept us posted at all times from start to finish and if there were any issues they let us know right away on what we need to do to fix it. I had a ton of questions but they were very responsive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home and if we have plans in the future of purchasing an investment home I would definitely use them again. I recently purchased my first home last week, and I must say that the communication and highly responsive team at Aspire made my first mortgage experience easy, and not so scary. I specifically worked with Doug and Robin, both were always around to answer any questions I had. By the time settlement came, I felt ready and informed of all the steps of the process. They were pleasant and easy to work with. They made sure that everything ran smoothly. They were always available to answer my questions. Robin was great at following up and always on top of any paperwork I needed in order to close. Mark was great at explaining mortgage terminology into simple terms. He made it easier for me to understand how the mortgage process works and all the various fees, costs, loan amount ,taxes, etc that's on my contract!
