Ashli was excellent to work with. We are older folks and she held our hand thru the refi process since we definitely needed it. She also worked hard to get us the best rates possible. She stayed right on top of everything with multiple emails and phone calls when necessary all the way to the end. These days it is hard to get good service and Ashli certainly showed us she cared about our business.

Ashli is AMAZING at what she does. We certainly had a whole bunch of obstacles while buying our first home during the rainy and storm season, but she stayed on top of everything and always kept us informed during the whole process. She was always very understanding and extremely helpful, but most of all, you could definitely tell that she truly cares about her clients and their families. All the different aspects of our home loan made our process take a little longer, and at times it seemed like an eternity, she PUSHED everything along and kept it all going and never gave up and made our home happen for us. She was very thorough and made sure we had every possible needed element in place before our loan went to the underwriters, to minimize any problems we might have in obtaining our mortgage. When a bank we tried to go through (that is actually very reputable for VA loans) messed up our loan and then backed out on us and the house we'd found, Ashli worked very diligently to save that loan. I cannot recommend her highly enough, especially for any veterans using a VA loan. We will definitely be using Ashli with our next home!!!
