I recommend Ashley Hickmon and her team if you want a lender who communicates well, knows their industry and will give you A-1 customer service throughout the entire process of buying a home. I had a horrible experience with HomeAmerican Mortgage the end of last year 12/31/2020 and I reached out to Ashley and explained everything to her and asked if she could do my loan. Ashley took over my loan from that horrible lender HomeAmerican Mtg and she and her team closed my loan in less than 30 days! I know everyone's situation is different but she closed my loan in less than 30 days. If I could give Ashley 10 stars I would.
