Ascentra Credit Union 7th St, Moline

I am strongly considering moving all of my banking needs to Ascentra because I get consistent and fair treatment every time a visit any location. Whether I'm in Iowa or Illinois, I get excellent service with a smile. Ascentra is truly a top credit union.

My husband wanted to switch to Ascentra so we opened up an account. After about a year we’re thinking about switching back to our old bank. We are constantly having to get a verification code in order to purchase something with our debit cards, which honestly after a while it gets frustrating specially since my husband will be at work and I need the verification code for a purchase and he’s the only phone they call with the code. Ridiculous! I can’t even have it set up for them to call me too. Also, Ascentra doesn’t allow you to use your own debit card to purchase lottery tickets online. What is that?! Our previous bank out checks would be in our account by 4am, Ascentra is like at 6:30/7am.

We have been with Ascentra for about 10 Yeats now. Went in after. Wing their for a few years knew we had no chance with our credit to be able to get a car loan and we sat down and spoke with Carrie the Branch Manager on Division & 3rd St Davenport and she believed in us. Gave us a a chance and has been with us through our growth and helping with cus rebuilding our credit. It’s been 6 years now since we sat in her office for the 1st time ever and Carrie along with all of Ascentra has been by our side and is trying to make something out of this American dream every one is trying to build. Thank you guys so much for everything. Will never go anywhere else.

This is a horrible bank .they don't communicate with eachother and one person will tell you one thing while another days something else worse bank ever do not get a loan through them you will regret it

Service is always great it's the most friendly and welcoming bank/credit union I've ever been to

Every time time I fall behind on my payments and I try to talk to someone they talk to me like they are a loan shark. God for bid anyone fall behind with this company because they do not talk nice to you and treat you like how dare you be in money issues. I don't recommend this Credit Union to anyone I know. They start out like yes we want to help you then turn on you the min you have issues no matter what the issues are they are not there for you anymore

I can't say enough about the great service that we have received from day one.They have helped with several different loans and we are extremely happy. Andres Molina and Darcy Anderson have made it a great experience.

I have been banking here for close to Ten years and I truly appreciate everyone and everything about your Bank! The Customer Service is Awesome and Everyone has been nothing but nice & friendly and very professional. Especially the drive thru where I have done most of my transactions since the pandemic. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would definitely recommend Ascentra Credit Union to anyone. Thanks for your Service.

Ascentra has been great! I refinanced my auto loan and lowered my interest rate 3% from another credit union. The customer service is excellent!!! I have only good things to say about Ascentra. Wish I had went there sooner!

Ascentra is always helpful. They helped me from the time I was a kid until now. They helped me build my credit, buy my first car, house and grow financial knowledge. The tellers are always helpful.
