Angelia Wright is absolutely the best account manager I’ve ever had. She is always so sweet and friendly, most of all she has had so much patience with me. I really appreciate her hard work and how wonderful she is. I wouldn’t recommend any other person but her. I love her so much. I feel like we are actually family 😁. Thank you Angelia for being the best and thank you Ascent Auto for assigning her to be my account manager. Way to go Ang! You are an angel in disguise.

I have had a great experience with ascent auto. All of the staff is really friendly and they all know what they are talking about anytime I have a question. Angela is over my account and she has been really great and helpful. I couldn't ask for a better person to be over my loan. She's one of the most kindest and nicest persons I've ever dealt with over the phone. When I get my next vehicle I plan on using ascent auto also. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Ascent Auto Finance has been great. You can always get someone on the phone when you need. My customer service rep Angela has made the world of difference for me. Instead of waiting for me to go behind and then just repo my car she always reaches out to make sure that I get my payment in on time or find out when I'm able to make my payment. She understands the struggles that every American citizen is going through at this point in time and tries to figure out how to make it work. Angela is amazing!! She’s always making sure I know when my payment is due, which is very helpful for someone as forgetful as me! Works with me however she can if for some reason I’m unable to pay my full payment. And she’s just plain nice! Definitely a FIVE STAR employee!

Angela at Ascent is Awesome. I have left previous reviews, but they haven't shown! She takes time to talk with you and knows what is going on with her clients. She truly wants to help make sure you get your payments made and keep you on the road! It is nice to have someone who talks with you NOT at you!

I love the company and my account rep Angela. I have NEVER had any issues.. They worked with me when I had some personal issues. The vehical runs like it did when I drove of the lot 18 months ago. Angela has always been there for me, and has addressed all my issues that I ever had. Do not look at the negative reviews because once someone does not get what they want, they complain. Good company, good account rep.. just make sure if you have to miss a payment, just be honest about it and contact them instead of avoiding them..

My husband and I have been with Ascent Auto for going on almost 2 years. Any time we have had an issue our account manager Angela has jumped on the case to resolve it. I believe she goes above and beyond to make her customers happy! I wouldn't want to be doing business with anyone else!

April with Ascent is BY FAR the best account manager. I had financial issues and employment issues from November through February, but she worked with me every step of the way. Extremely helpful, extremely patient, and extremely nice. Couldn't ask for more.

Angela sounds great! I have Wendy whom I'm convinced sabotage my payment amounts at her convenience. I never gave her an review although she asked me to because she had been super nasty to me before. Never had any issues on paying online until today. I spoke to her and explained I knew I had to have it in today I was just running behind but I planned to pay online as I had the past couple of months without issue. I log in just after 5 which I had done before sometimes much later and no payment amount was doubled without option to change. The 1st time she was super rude when I asked about pass time. She was annoyed and asked who even told me about that. Someone please tell me how to have my account manager switched because I'm so over it at this point. Other than having to deal with Wendy I have no issues with Ascent auto

The staff was very professional with excellent customer service. Cisco worked with as it was my first time dealing with a car loan. Moreover Wendy my agent has been very helpful with reminders always willing to explain and work with me as a navigate through this service. Five stars!! Thanks Wendy!

Talked to Wendy today, she was super nice and friendly, took her time to listen to me and make sure I paid the Correct amount! She was awesome and didn’t take long to finish my payment AND even let me Know my next due date, which they don’t always do. She has great customer service.

Here my review and comment about ascent and my account representative Angela.Back in april I totaled my car and I had replace my vehicle fast because my rental was about to be returned .I had a few problems with other finance companies. 1 being that i own my own business and I'm self employed. Ascent got the job done and they got it done very fast .They also acted like they appreciated my business and that made me feel good.i was assign a account rep and boy did I get a good one, her name is Angela and she is fantastic. Over and beyond. I give ascent and my account rep a 10 out of 10

Wendy Ramos is by far one of best people to work with her. She is very customer focused and ensures that your needs are met. Angela at Ascent Finance is very professional and down-right Awesome!!! From the time I put in my application, to a time I had trouble with my Passtime device, she always returned my calls promptly and explained anything I didn't understand. When my Passtime device malfunctioned, Angela immediately had a wrecker come retrieve my car and do the repairs needed. I definitely recommend her for all your car buying needs..

I have had a horrible experience with this group of people. I financed a jeep through Ascent and had nothing but issue. I was able to trade my vehicle in ,and the new car lot i used paid the balance owed to Ascent, then ASCENT still took out my payment for them and will not refund my payment ,even though i don't owe them anymore. I have called numerous times, and can never get a hold of my account manager, and nobody will return my calls. PLEASE do not finance with them, it may seem like a good deal at first but it most definitely is not.

Angela has been a great help to me. She is kind and very understanding. She works with us to keep payments up to date and to stay that way. She is understanding. Really good people.
