I turned to Arvest Mortgage to refinance my condo. Their team jumped into action and quickly gathered the required documents from me through their web portal. Their decision process was quick and I was given an interim decision within 48 hours. They kept me informed along the way and closed the financing within seven weeks. A very positive experience!

I absolutely recommend Arvest Bank for any mortgage financing. My wife and I refinanced our mortgage with them and were really happy with their customer service. David Brown and his team guided us through the process quickly and professionally while at the same time taking the time to promptly respond to our questions and concerns as the process unfolded. We will definitely use them again.

We did a refinance of our house, this was so easy and quick. The closer came to our house to sign papers. The whole closing was complete in seemed like no time at all. Thank you John and Rhonda for making this so quick and easy.

Cherie Bourne and Dana Corporon were extremely helpful in getting my loan approved. I was needing cash out for house updates and they were able to get me the maximum to cover all my CC debts and roll in my car payment to one monthly - much lower - payment. If you need a loan or refi, I highly recommend this team. I had tried one other company and they were not able to help me at all with a much lower loan request. Now, I am able to get a lot more done and pay less monthly than I was obligated.

If I could give 6 stars I would! We recently refinanced with Arvest Bank and it was a very smooth transition. The staff were professional and communication was superb! The platform used was user friendly and simple for those of us who struggled with technology. I would highly recommend using this mortgage company!

David Simmons helped during refi process whereby I was reassured that all my questions, concerns were being addressed. He was diligent in responding to phone calls/emails. I started refi process with another institution but since my current mortgage loan was with Arvest, David promptly reached out to proactively retain my business. He was able to provide better terms and I'm glad I stayed with Arvest...because I get to keep David as contact!
