    The reason we started with this bank was because they were open later than all other banks. They keep changing the hours and now are only open 9-5 which sucks for anyone who works for a living. The wait is also always quite long.

    Likes to cash hot checks without asking twice. Good place to go to steal money from other people. 10/10 would recommend to criminals!!!

    I have never had such a hard time cashing 3 checks totaling $500 before. Adrenia/Liz acted as if I was robbing the place. I had to call my Boss, who told me to go tell Steven, the bank manager, how I was being treated. When I mentioned my Boss, Steven jumped up and told the two tellers to do their job. Thank you Boss!! I have never left a review before. But after bothering my busy Boss and going to their Manager ....20 minutes later a simple apology was in order. Who knows maybe next time Adrenia/Liz will apologize.

    way better options. the branch manager is very rude and even though. a mistake was made on their end she mad a note on my account not to return any fees. i had done nothing wrong. they charged one overdraft item with 34 dollars. and even then my check was taking "longer than usual" to post. good bye arvest.

    horrible service. I own a car dealership. throughout the day I have to buy parts or windshields etc in order to operate and sell cars daily. this bank doesn't allow you to set the daily spending limit. so each day I have to call to increase dailey limit. I am still waiting on approval as to how I can spend my own money. this is an account with surplus money in it everyday. I wonder who approves those decisions for you at this bank. I havbe yet to meet or talk tot hem. just waiting on their approval and trying to do business despite my bank fighting me.

    I don't understand the negative reviews! I recently changed from BOA and I love it so far! The hours are better than most other banks. They have popcorn for my son to enjoy so he actually looks forward to trips to the bank. They are very helpful and courteous. I'm in and out in no time, even on payday Fridays. In my several years of customer service, I have learned that most negative reviews are due to the customer not getting their way, usually outside of regulations. Or the customer is rude and when they get told back they're shocked. Just something to keep in mind.

    Horrible drive thru service. Waited so many times for over 10 min. to get serviced. Said they were working on it, yet still took longer. Went inside, hoping for better service, but was again disappointed. The girl at the from desk saus hello, but never looked away from her computer. There were several in line waiting for a teller & no acknowledgement was made. Several were working behind the counter, but took over 5 min. to get to a window. Not sure why I bank here. Probably need to change banks.

    Hope you dont have anything pressing to do.... Came in to drop a deposit off took 25 minutes to go through 2 cars. Came up again another time and spent 45 minutes for.....can you guess it? 2 cars... I understand you need to make sure money is correct but if this is how long it takes I would call it pitiful. I would say they need better staff.

    My son swears by Arvest Bank. He told me that several times during the past few years when things have broken down and he has been short of cash, Arvest Bank has always been willing to give him a loan at low rates. I personally like the fact that they offer free checking. Nowadays when so many banks are trying to nickel-and-dime you to death, that can really come in handy.
