Terrible customer service thru automated telephone. I made a cash deposit , next day didn't show up.. during my busy day I have to spend a half hour fixing their error....looking for a more personable bank.

I get tired of waiting, whether I am the only one in the drive up or the only one inside. Last week I walked in and there were 4 women inside, one finished up with a client right away and I stood there looking at all of them for 5 mins and none ever looked at me. REDICULOUS! Also I opened up a new account to add to the the 3 we already have and the man in the office took forever and he did not have a client, typical I thought. I would change but we have had our main account for over 30 years.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Already sent my check otherwise I’d left already. Been sitting in the drive thru for over 10 min. With no one else here and the lady’s in the window just talking😡
