Arvest Bank Mabelvale Plaza Dr, Little Rock

Literally the slowest bank I have ever been to. I come about twice a week for work and the customer service does not make up for the long wait time. I am currently in line at the drive through and have been for over 20 minutes at this point (only one car has been helped). I do not understand why it takes so long to make a deposit. I even went inside a few times thinking maybe they have a special process or something of that nature. NOPE!!! They just stop and gossip and make customers wait. Would literally bury my personal money in my back yard before using this bank.

I've been with this Arvest for many years. I've always received very courteous, friendly assistance. If you go on a Friday, be prepared because they do get hit with many inside and drive through customers. They work quickly and efficiently, meticulously making sure you get taken care of as soon as possible. Being a consumer and having worked in management in a large retail setting, I can tell you, the representatives at this Arvest are quick to respond, greet you with a friendly smile and get you on your way. Even the Security man there was extremely helpful and pleasant. Thank You for a well put together team.

This is the worst and slowest arvest branch ever, this branch needs to be closed down!!!!

I was in today to add my husband to my account I opened last week at the Bryant location. We live closer to baseline, I could tell the man that came out to help us wasn’t happy. He asked what we needed help with and it was something he had never done before, well I explained that the lady from the other location said it could be done so he went and asked for help. He did get it done. We have a six year old and tonight laying in bed talking about our day she said, “mama, why was the man at the bank not happy”. Umm even a six year old can get your bad vibes. Smile and be happy, I feel that it would be better if you went home instead of making someone feel your not happy to help them.

Great Bank accept every time I go here they just take my money might be because they have my truck alone but everybody here is very nice and pleasant the bank is well lit voice has a security guard doesn't seem like the Lions ever take long to get through and generally they have fresh popped popcorn

By far the slowest bank I’ve ever been to. Four tellers, but only one working the front, and one is working the drive-thru. Everyone else is standing around and not helping. Where’s the teamwork?

Worst customer service, employs are rude and even with an empty lobby were not willing to stop chatting about their personal stuff to help me I will never have an account there. If you need quick friendly service avoid this place at all cost.
