    Had an employee very adimantly try to charge myself 10 dollars per replacement card. After telling him that I've never had arvest charge me for a replacement card he got upset. A 5 min phone call to customer service and I was informed that arvest does NOT charge for cards and that the employee should not have acted as such.

    I have banked with ARVEST for over 20 years, back when they were Superior Federal. I LOVE everyone at the Jacksonville location and have always had great experiences.

    THIS HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST BRANCH AND BANK I EVER DID BUSINESS WITH... IAM GOING TO GIVE THE SHORT VERSIONOF MY EXPERIENCE.... I HAD FRAUD ON MY ACCOUT ABOUT A MONTH AGO. I HAD NO MONEY TO BUY ANTHING... THEY WOULD NOT ME ANY TEMPORARY CREDIT AT ALL TILL THEERE REPORT... MEAN WHILE I NO GAS AND NO FOOD IT WAS HORRIBLE... THEY ISSUED ME A NEW DEBIT CARD AND FINALLY MY MONEY... LAST WEEK I HAD ANOTHER INCIDENT WHERE SOMEBOFY GOT INTO MY ACCOUNT AGAIN.... I FOUND OUT JUST A FEW DAYS AGO. THE OLD DEBIT CARD WAS USED WHICH THEY IT WAS CANCELLED WGEN THEY GAVE THE NEW ON... SO IN OTHERS THEY FAILED TO CXL THE CARD... IS IA BANK ERROR....... SO IAM BACK AHAIN IN SAME SITUATION I WAS BEFORE NO MONEY NO GAS AND ITS THERE FAULT... I SHOULD not haveTO WAIT FOR IT ITWAS THERE MISTSKE..... EVE Ws lying to me tbere incmgrluding the bank

    This bank is getting slower and more incovienant by the day...I have been sitting in this drive thru for 15min waiting for a receipt for my cash deposit... I have been with them for years but everytime I come it gets worse

    I used to work at a bank and I can honestly say this bank has some of the worst rules and policies put in place.

    This is by far the greediness bank when it comes to fees. There are better banks around and I regret opening an account here. Lesson learned.
