I was given a specific time release for a family member after bond was placed. As it turns out, the release time was neither accurate, efficient or smooth. Very upsetting and unacceptable. No 24 hrs availability. Answering service only. For this experience, I initially gave them 1 star since it caused major inconveniences and my safety was at risk while I waited outside through the early morning hours. However, the follow-up calls to express their apologies for not meeting expectations and further providing valuable references following the release reflected great customer service. I really appreciate this kind of support and expect this great service to continue.

What a great experience I had with Around The Clock Bail Bonds. I’ve never needed to bail anyone out and I had a situation come up where I needed this service. They were very patient, answered many questions and took many phone calls from me. It was late in the evening and a person always always answered the phone right away. They were very polite and helpful. They also answered numerous text message communications and got me through the process. Jokingly I hope to never do business with them again, but if the need comes up, I will certainly be doing business with Around the Clock.
