Armed Forces Bank Kansas Ave, Fort Leavenworth

Armed forces banks is the worst bank ever. The customer service is horrible on 4th and limit. They dont listen and constantly interrupt customers. The7 are rude and dont care about their customers. I will be removing my money from this bank.

If you get locked out of your account its almost impossible to get a hold of someone over the phone 1 FEB 16 I spent 30 min waiting for a agent via phone and never got in touch with anyone other than a recording stating what a great bank they are, had to drive to the bank on post, agent forwarded my information to another department she said they would email me and give me instructions to reset my password, never got that email. today is 3 FEB already made one phone call waited over 30 min no answer. its now 2nd call and no agents.. Will probably close out my account.

We have been with this bank for over fifteen years I have never had any problems with them what so ever matter of fact we live in another state that doesn’t have an Armed Forces Bank but since we liked them so much we decited to keep them as our Main Bank and opened up an account with Navy Federal as a secondary .

Girl at the front desk and the curly black/brown hair working on may 4th 2017 at the fort leavenworth location is rude as hell, makes me not want to do business with them at all. I will be calling the cooperate office.

By far the worse bank,and the worse customer service.I opened an account in 2002 when we lived in FLW,MO. We are military,so since then we moved all over the states and the word. Since I don’t live near any AFB branch I have to deal with their customer service and they are the worse. We moved again this summer and I called to change my address and get a new debit card. After giving them all the information that they required and speaking to the supervisor named JADE she said that she couldn’t verify my identity. Basically they are holding my money hostage. Since I don’t live close to any AFB branch and she said that there is no one higher to talk,Basically she is judge and the jury I don’t have no choice but to close my account. Never again!

This people that handle the accounts do not know what they are doing. We went in four months in a row to cancel the monthly paper statements (they cost 5 dollars a month) and every time we filled out the paperwork (yes that is ironic) to cancel sure enough we would be charged 5 dollars and get another statement. We eventually pulled our money out but at the loss of 20 dollars in a child's savings account. I highly do not recommend.

My first mortgage officer disappeared after I submitted the contract to buy a house. The guy who took over my loan never answered my questions or returned my phone calls, and neither would the processor. My closing was delayed and no one ever called to explain why. Worst bank ever.
