Very bad company, will steal your money. Stay away from them. If they report no payment to the credit bureaus. Just make a police report. Give to credit agency . And they will remove the bad report.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I have been working with someone to improve my credit and found out about the company reporting a previous balance to the credit bureau. I received a letter from this company in early March. The company was called to set up a payment arrangement. The first representative spoken to was helpful, but the second person who was supposedly the highest person in the company was extremely rude--resorted to name calling including imbecile and game player--and was constantly interrupting or talking over. When he was informed that he was being recorded, he said that he did not care because the balance owed was not being taken seriously and then tried to say that it was illegal to record (only one-party consent is required, which was in place). They are clearly operating under legally questionable pretenses and are extremely unprofessional. I just wanted to clear this balance and move on, but they are making it extremely difficult. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

If I could give a negative I would..very rude! Not helpful and they are a shady company. STAY AWAY and their office called apple insurance in Newburgh, NY stay away as well. I just found all these charges against me from 2013 and I’ve never received any mail or phone calls with the claims against me until now.

Very Rude Customer Service When Calling To Make Car Ins Payment. The Reps Always Seem In A Hurry And Impatient

This is the worst company. I would never do business with them if I had a choice to. Beware of insurance brokers who use this company. And beware the these type of insurance deals period. They are not your normal insurance companies. But this company in particular is rude on the phone and avoid them at all cost.

If I could give this company 50 negative stars I would. They are extremely rude on the phone even the manager is condescending. Then they lie and steal your money

Good people, but in tough business. Bad reviews are from people that had bad experience with their insurance agents and do not understand how finance company is stuck in between insurance companies, clients and insurance agents and other intermediaries.

Horrible experience. Unreliable with funds and not trustworthy.

Nothing but attitude and wont refund my money, and trying to charge me more, stay away from this company!
