Chad Okun was such a pleasure to work with. He made himself available any time of day or night to assist with our refinance. Chad took the time to understand our situation and needs and was invested throughout the entire process. As a first time "home-buyer" doing this refinance during a difficult time due to a family member passing away, we couldn't have asked for a better friend at our side. This was my first time refinancing a home and before starting the process I was very intimidated and nervous. Our overall experience with Chad was a breath of fresh air! This was our first time home buying, and Chad made the entire process stress free.
