I was working away from home and needed to wire money under a short deadline. Brett (Manager) and Brittany (Teller) were all over this request and made it happen quickly. THANK YOU for your help with my critical situation. Wonderful job ACCU!

Appreciate the open and helpful attitude of front line and management (even when most are on vacation)! They quickly resolved an issue that Bank of Arizona could not help with with in over an hour’s time (even though they were the institution’s “sister” bank). Highly recommend this branch. Have banked with them for over 20 years and will not be leaving! Thank you!

Yet another wonderful review to leave for this bank. I have all ready written a review on yelp for how much this bank doesn't care about their members. How about updating you hours online! It says they are open until 6pm on Friday but after driving 45minutes across town, because there isn't many locations around the valley, they had closed at 530pm... Way to go Arizona Central Credit Union. Fortunately I am closing my account after 15 years with you. So I wont have to worry about your poor online management and customer service.

We have been with them for over 20 years. I feel welcomed and comfortable by the professionalism I see there. Always friendly smiling faces. Great customer service. I onky wish they had a closer branch for me.

This bank is absolutely terrible! I had an auto loan with them and when I went to refinance to remove a co signer off the loan, they gave me the info for the loan I qualified for. The old co signer called in and they released info on my new potential loan! When I refinanced thru a different bank Arizona Central was going to leave the title for the car in both our names while I pay off the loan! When I got the account paid off to close the account, it was overpaid. Their manager instead of sending a check for the amount overpaid, he opened up another account in both names again! When I demanded the account to be closed he stated they only send checks for certain amounts but illegally opened an account without my permission. When I told him it’s illegal to with hold my money let alone open an account without my permission he gave me the cash to close the account. I’m never going to bank here ever again!!!

ATM wouldn't even take my card, didn't make the sound it makes when it grabs the card, I was able to just take my card out no resistance

I've been with them for 28 years. Overall, good service. On to the complaints.... I used to go to the I-17 branch, conveniently located on my way home from work. Closed about 10 years ago. Bell road location used to be open on Saturdays, they stopped that about 5 years ago. This was very helpful when you just couldn't get there in time on Friday. Not enough locations, none open on Saturdays.

Poor customer service. I had to leave work early just to make it before they close and they were of zero help. I have to wait until my payment is 10 days late before you're allowed to pay via phone, and it's a $10 charge. With the hours they have, when are we supposed to do our banking? Just all around a horrible experience so my payments will be late every month unless I leave work early and lose money just to use them. Not worth it, I'd rather go to an easier, friendlier bank for my needs.

Office manager very unprofessional, he has no simply for customers. Bank tellers are very slow, waited in line for over 25 minutes. You can only be seen in the branch if you are a new member only. I don't recommend the location on Bell and 69th Ave!

Been banking here for 20 years. Never a problem. I only use online banking and tellers. No atm, no drive thru. Always fast and correct when I do go in to a tellers window. No weird charges ever. Can’t say this about any other bank I’ve ever had.
