It's been a great experience working with Arbor and I've closed many deals with them over several years. They are always responsive to questions and understand our objectives. The team works hard to find the right financing for our needs on every deal. Arbor has been a big part of our success and growth as a company and always comes up with creative, innovative solutions to get the deal done.

I recommend not doing business with Arbor. I made an application for financing and paid a $8,000 application fee. All indications were than the loan would be approved. Then, they kept wanting more information and kept moving the goal posts. And finally, they rejected the application. They offered a "refund" for any part of the application that was not used and that amounted to about $150. It's pretty crazy that the used almost the exact amount of the application fee. My deal was successful and I got financing through CBRE Loan Services. I would urge potential clients of Arbor to use CBRE instead.

I've been Arbor's client for a couple of years for my multifamily financial needs. Arbor has been very professional, communicative and responsive, all this while maintaining courtesy, guidance when needed and striving for market competitiveness. Highly recommended. Doron

Don't waste your time or your money. I read a couple reviews about people getting burned going through the process of securing a loan with this company but decided to go forward anyway. Don't make my mistake and go with another lender. Just like other applicants I submitted close to 20 forms in the beginning and I was told that "I checked off all the boxes" and would qualify for the loan. I was assured after this point that I would not risk being denied for the loan. So the next step was to send a wire transfer of $12,500. Then 30 to 60 days and a mountain of paperwork later we were 1 week away from closing.. Lawyers were getting closing documents ready and Arbor tells us "woopsie you actually don't qualify for a loan due to a factor that we approved originally in the process but sorry now you don't qualify." Not only did I have to scramble to appease the seller and still make the deal work, but Arbor refused to take any responsibility whatsoever for what happened. After a full month of calling and sending emails, I've been mostly ignored and I received $0 back. This company is shady, the employees and management could care less, and they take no responsibility for their mistakes/promises to their customers. Get a Cbre loan or speak to your local lender instead, this company has no integrity.

We participated in our first Fannie Mae loan with Arbor. Geoffrey Platt guided us through the the entire process from start to finish and assisted us in finding a very competitive rate/term to meet our investment objectives. We will without a doubt be working with Geoffrey and Arbor in the future.

I liked using the ALEX platform; it simplified the loan process. Also, my originator was very helpful throughout the whole process. I look forward to working with Arbor again in the future.
