Over years they have helped us with several new mortgages as well as refinances and we have always felt that they have/had our best interests in mind. Quite frankly I would give 10 stars if that was an option!

Worst banking service for refinancing I have ever experienced in all my years. Took over two months to close, very,very poor service. We had to make calls as they said they could not get results. We call for them straight through, with called to them ourselves, problems solved within 2 minutes. As a person who did fiance for 34 years this mortgage division should be ashamed. Training would be a must for this division.

I've been a client of Arbor for over 10 years, going back to when they were First Community Bank. I always opt first to support a local business or "the little guy" but sometimes that comes at a sacrifice, such as with customer service or with expertise or with professionalism. Not with Arbor. I have all my consumer accounts with them (checking, auto loan, HELOC, mortgage) and each of these accounts have been created and serviced skillfully. I can access all my accounts either through their website or via their mobile app. I've watched them grow over the years and their growth has always been healthy and managed thoughtfully. I've been with many local banks in Omaha but none come close to Arbor. I plan on staying with them for life.
