Honestly not as bad as people try to make it. Yes they are going to ask weird question and personal information but that is to make sure your not stealing from someone else. I've never had someone be rude if you just explain what your doing they will get you what you need and accommodate you very well.

The employees honestly don't even deserve one star. They asked very intrusive questions, and were rude. For example the man behind the counter kept putting his head in his hands like he didn't want to be bothered. I left after getting fed up with his rude behavior. Very unprofessional, take your money elsewhere.

Fantastic people and amazing service. Made my experience hassle free. They were so understanding. Every time I go back, they know who I am, and each time, it’s always a pleasure coming back and doing business with them.

There was only one person in there, it took her 15 minutes to cash one check. Her attitude was horrible too. Probably will never go back here due to customer service.

0 stars. The manager there is disrespectful and nonchalant. He turned me away and said he would service me simply because he could not understand what I was saying. Other people have complained as well. Do not use this place. I went to a different check cashing place not too far and my experience was much better. This is a horrible business!

Terrible customer service, hands down most disgusting display of unprofessionalism I’ve ever experienced. Some mustached douche bag (who seemed to be working alone @ 8pm on 7/20/19) refused to cash a check which was under $500 and I had been there in the past, all my current DL info was in the system, only issue was I hadn’t been there for almost 2 years. Acted as if I was attempting a fraudulent transaction from the start! Was rude and short with me and came off as ”annoyed” with me in the first 30 seconds! He even asked me about my regular bank and why I wasn’t using it or why I didn’t just scan it in their mobile banking — how damn intrusive and unnecessary! I explained anyway as I just wanted to cash my check and GO! He proceeded to have me show him my banking app, then open it, then wanted to see my transactions & statement!! Only reason I came here was because it was a Saturday evening & I had a car emergency to attend to, otherwise I would have waited until Monday. Glad I didn’t put a dime in fees to this establishment today because if they treated anybody other than me like this I’d still not want to support them. I feel profiled and I am livid. Trashy way to treat customers. Especially after going into all my personal bank account info. It was humiliating and I hope to see them go out of business very soon. Really need a “Zero Stars” option.

The staff was very kind and understanding. They made sure to accommodate my needs in a quick and efficient manner. I would definitely recommend this check cashing place to all and will be here often to cash my checks.

Rude and unprofessional employees. Disrespectful comments.Too busy on their phones giggling and laughing to actually help a customer.

Always quick but they need to post hours or have a voice mail that will let you know what hours they are open.
