Words cannot describe how terrible my experience was. They gave us 4 different dates for closing and they missed every one of them causing moving truck rental issues, vacation day reschedule, childcare rescheduling issues, etc. They promised they would cover the appraisal fee due to being a veteran. Of course they did not. The owner Jim said "we will cut you a check" to cover the appraisal and they did not. $5,000 in Closing credits were misallocated under the purchase price of the house resulting in an unnecessary extra $5,000 in out of pocket closing costs.

Collin Bopp played a huge role in bringing our file to the closing table! He is a consummate professional and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. A real problem solver and hard worker. Thankful to have worked with him!
