People who work there are very professional and friendly. They work hard to get you qualified for a loan and are very knowledgeable about financial matters. Always with a smile and a warm greeting, they make doing business a pleasure. In the past, at other similar businesses, I felt more embarrassed and ashamed to have to ask for assistance. When i got a loan from this place katie and kayla were more than happy to get me set up. Now when i go to make a payment both know me by name and get me in and out quickly. They've always treated me like a valued customer, amazing Customer service and exceeding what is even asked, by staying later if I was running behind. I actually dont have a problem with this company. What I do have a problem with is the associate named Crystal. Very rude and dismissive and not very forthcoming about policies or any information I need. I'll still be paying on my title loan but i refuse to deal with his associate. I'd rather go elsewhere to pay my loan than deal with her negative attitude.
