Always great service at Apple. My salesman Terry was really great to work with (and I've also worked with Ken- also great to work with). From shopping to buying to financing, everyone was professional and courteous (and the manager offered to share his pizza with me if I was hungry- maybe odd to say but I was pleasantly surprised). Probably the best car buying experience I've had. No pressure, no typical running back & forth to the manager when putting the deal together. If you've bought a car before you can probably relate to the games some dealers play- none of that here. Well done Apple (Ken & Terry) and thanks for a nice relaxed buying experience!

Our service advisors were Colleen and Jeff Hir. Jeff made sure that every one of our concerns were addressed and fixed. He kept us updated every step of the way. He used our arrow service coupons to get the best price. He used our reward points to reduce our bill which helped a lot. We have used arrow service for many years. Jeff and colleen did an outstanding job to help us to feel safe in our 2014 traverse again.

I recently took my car to apple Chevy for a few issues. I would recommend dealing with Vic, stand up guy. Vic made sure he kept in contact with me and also went above and beyond to make sure my car was in tip top shape before it was returned to me. We had bought a car across the country and the manual said we needed an oil change at 500 miles and this was there. We got there early Monday morning and told them we were trying to drive across the country to get home. Jim was so amazing and got us out so quick. Everyone else was really great too. Thanks to the service team for taking care of us!

Took my truck to have tires changed and other items done to it over 700.00 worth of work. They did it but did not sink the new tires they put on. Then on top of it one tire was going flat. My husband had to change that tire so he could make his delivery. Took video of it and you can hear the hissing of the air leaking. Took it back and they had the nerve to charge us their mistake and charging us if they would have sunk the tires they would have caught it and also hear air leaking out. I know it was to closing time when they got done so I am sure they did not want to stay to repaired. $130.00 it is the principle of it. She asked why we did not bring back right away ? We pick it up after hours told her no one there. Can Believe It they screw up and we get charged WOW. Will not be taking anything back there again .......... I would not even give them 1 star but had to select something in order to post :(

I make it a habit to use Apple Chevrolet in Northfield. All my service needs are handled professionally without any hassle or pushy salesman. I will continue to have all service and repairs done with Apple Chevrolet.

The staff is soo friendly. And they only had my car about 24 hours and it drives like butter Jeff kept me updated . So it's more then a dealership they take great care of my xars maintenance.

I came in for an oil change and a recall service and ended up with a few other services needed. I'm super appreciative with how informative and helpful the staff is here. Dan Bikar the service consultant here was so pleasant and made sure that all my questions were answered and went above and beyond to help me through the process. I know I'll be back!
