APGFCU - Havre de Grace Branch Pulaski Hwy, Havre De Grace

This place is a joke. They take their good old time..at least ten minutes per customer at the drive thru. I spend one hour each month just trying to pay my truck payment. I wonder how many thousands of gallons of fuel are wasted per month waiting in these ridiculous lines.

I have never actually taken the time to write how bad a place is but this place is something else. They are very slow and I’m not talking 15 minutes try 30 if you’re lucky. They don’t care about there members at all when they talk to you. The branch it’s self changed it’s hours so no one can get anything done unless they don’t have a regular hour job. By far the worst bank wish I could leave them.

Absolute joke of a drive thru. I understand the over dramatic measures taken for covid, but this is ridiculous. Open the lobby and the other drive thru window that you have!

I had walked up to the counter not knowing what I was doing and some rude women was like “uhm you need to back up and wait” uhm all I had was a question. This place was RUDE RUDE RUDE!

This is one of their smaller branches. The staff has always been friendly when I go there.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place has been extremely disappointing! The branch manager is very impolite and not customer oriented by any means, which also trickles down to the rest of the staff, which has no customer service skills! After watching my co worker jump through hoops and still get nowhere, I will never bank with APG, and will steer everyone I know to stay away from this horrible credit union!

I stopped in today and registered to speak to a manager. Two women were in front of me. They were eventually taken back to an office by a manager and I was acknowledged by 'Sandy' that she would be with me as soon as possible. A man walked in, registered and sat down. A third manager came to the waiting area and took him into her office. I was left sitting there. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me in this branch. I was actually there to close my account because of the customer service. Even if my name had been inadvertently removed from the wait list the manager has eyes in her head and can see. I could play the 'race' card because that's how it appeared to me but instead of losing my temper, I got up and put on my coat. The security officer acknowledged me - he knew exactly what has just occurred. I am not a fan of APGFCU or their customer service.

Real nice place if you like vultures even with a covid-19 they make calls asking asking for money I'm sorry demanding they don't care about their customers only care about getting more money I'll never deal with them again

The wait is a little long but I feel like it’s worth the wait because at the end it all turns out good
