APGFCU - Fallston Branch Mountain Rd, Fallston

I’ve had nothing but superb experiences with this bank since first joining over a year ago. They have always been exceptionally helpful, and have always treated me like I am a valuable customer. They always take whatever time is necessary to answer any questions I have, and even ask me questions to make sure I didn’t forget or miss anything I need to know. When I call their customer service line, I always speak with someone who I have no problem understanding, and again make sure all my questions are answered even if it takes calling my local branch so I don’t have to. If we could trust the rest of the world and feel confident in only using one bank, I would bank at APGFCU.

Had a great experience with Shawn Stadter, Assistant Branch Manager. I opened a new Business Checking account, and he was professional, great with answering all my questions, and was able to have me completed all my paperwork in less than 20 minutes. Branch is in a good location and convenient. The drive thru tellers have always been nice and I've never had a single issue with this location.

A bank that actually knows your name when you walk thru the doors. Tellers are great especially those who have been there for a while. Bank managers have always been sympathetic to my banking .

Worst bank ever! The one employee treated my husband like crap and even after I reported her for her utter disrespect she still works there and is just as disrespectful to others! The bank also has the tendency to leave out details in their policies to get you to sign up for their accounts and when they make promises to edit things they never follow through or they lie about it. I will never recommend this bank to anyone.

save your self time and a headache bank some where else

Only bank I know that has an app that doesn’t update in live time. You could make transactions days ago and your account won’t show it at all (not even as Pending) causing you to overdraft if you’re not careful or not paying attention (doing the math yourself). Their appointment hours stopping at 3pm on weekdays is also unacceptable since most working people aren’t off work until 4-5pm. It was a great experience to be helped immediately when applying and becoming a member but literally only because their response time was quick. Outside of that, not too comfortable at all and doubt I’ll be keeping my money here

I’m not sure why there are soo many bad reviews here🤔 this bank is great! I’ve only had the pleasure of going to this branch but the experience has always been pleasant. I’ve been with APGFCU going on 4 years. Never had a problem. Only been inside 3 times total. Each time I was greeted with by genuine people. This bank has been super helpful with my financial journey! Thx!

I moved an hour away from the APGFCU locations and drive all the way there when I need to go in. That’s how much I trust and love this bank. Always get me in and out. and When I do have a problem they can always help me fix it over the phone.

I just opened a bank account with this establishment but as of yet they seem pretty good
