We had the absolute best experience with APCU with a personal loan. Andre Hicks went above and beyond to help us with our loan and vehicle transaction. I haven’t received this kind of customer service in many years. They have earned a customer for life with us. Andre was the most helpful loan representative ever. It was such a pleasure doing business with them, and I feel like I can rarely say that in today’s world.

They are horrible with setting up and managing car loan. They don't communicate! They don't call you back when even setting up the loan. It took forever to setup the auto pay from our outside checking account and then then we told them we wanted to pay extra on the car payment so we can pay it off faster. They transferred our larger payment from our outside checking account, into our apcu savings account, then they only took out the minimum car payment from our apcu savings account to pay the car payment instead of the larger amount we transferred. Terrible service! Worst banking experience I have ever had. Update: I will say they have great interest rates. They communicated much better with the 2nd loan.

Have been with them for over 20 years. No problems, fast service. Just got a mortgage was very smooth transition. Have had auto loans, got them over the phone. Excellent service.

I have been a member for 20 years. It's great, just like a bank with fewer branches. I have to find out what the real hours are. This can't be right.

Every time I go it is always fast, easy, wonderful, and all the people are always so nice. I started out going there when I was 5 with my mom and now I go myself as an adult. I love this place!

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. We are getting a mortgage loan through APCU and our guy ordered the appraisal a week before closing which in turn has made our closing get pushed back 2 times now with us getting charged 150$ per day we do not close. He dropped the ball and refuses to take responsibility. His supervisors refuse to speak to me i have left messages and he has acknowledged that I have called them but they will not contact me back. This whole process has been so unnecessarily stressful. If you get David wagner as a lender agent RUN and request someone else. He knew for over a month when closing was and has no excuse as to why he did not order our appraisal in time.

I’ve been with them for about 14 years. Had auto loans with them and tried to refinance my home with APCU. I have a “SAVINGS” account with them and they are charging $5 per month if you don’t have activity. That’s BS the purpose of a saving is to SAVE!!!! Then statements are mailed every two months, I guess to tack on any hidden fees and surprise you 2 months later! I can’t do business with a company that charges me to “save” my money (I’m well over any limited minimum amount) just because I don’t want to withdraw/deposit when they want me to 👎🏽

Phenomenal service! All the ladies that work @ this location are so pleasant. Very friendly & always welcoming.

Every time I go to the bank, their systems are down. The people are very nice and cordial. It's just when I am in great need to cash my check, there were problems.

The Atlanta Postal Credit Union are Scam Artist! Frauds! Who Extorts FROM THEIR BLACK MEMBERS ON HOME OWNERSHIP!!! MY HUSBAND AND I JUST RECENTLY REFINANCED OUR HOME OF 16 YRS! COME TO FIND OUT? ALTHOUGH THE MONEY COMES FROM HIS PAY CHECK? THE BANK HELD ME THE WIFE ***HOSTAGE TO SIGNING ALL PAPERS*** YET MY NAME IS NOT ON THE TITLE AS ***JOINT TENANCY***!!! WE NOTICED THE ERROR ON THE PAPERWORK AT CLOSING! THE BANKS LAWYER STATED THAT IT WAS A TYPEING ERROR AND THEY WILL CORRECT FROM SOLE OWNER OF MY HUSBAND AND TO INCLUDE ME! GOT OUR PROPERTY TAXES TODAY AND ONLY HIS NAME IS ON THE TAXES! APPARENTLY THIS SUPPOSEDLY 1 TIME TYPE EROR WAS IN EFFECT FOR ALL THE 16 YRS! ***WOW JUST WOW*** THIS IS ***EXTORTION*** BECAUSE I WAS FORCED TO SIGN THE PAPERS BUT NOT OF VALUE TO BE INCLUDED ONTHE OWNERSHIP!!! ***INSTITUTIONAL RACISM*** THIS WAS DONE MALICOUSLY!!!
