I had an auto loan with them that originated with Avery Auto Sales. The underwriting dept here left the vin number off the documents so that way a auto loan would approve under a personal loan rather than business for a commercial truck. On top of that they still do business with Avery even after seeing their fradulent practices. Youve gotta be approved by the board for a business bank acct yet it was okay for you to leave the vin number off. Two different applications were submitted one being returned for business information. The dealership then submitted a individual loan request and nobody thought thats werid maybe we should call the applicant to verify. On top of it they wont fix my credit report for the late payments that were from us being in dispute. Watch your back and double check your double checks.

Banking with.them over 18 years. Every time I try to deposit not cash a check they treat me like I am trying to scam them. Will move my direct deposits and money to a bank that wants my business.

Didn't send me a new Debit and cancel my old one, that was good to 2021, change my Credit Card out, been two weeks still can not see my transaction on line, I paid on it, but balance has not gone down for 2 days now. Went to the bank first two days couldn't do anything, third day packed with people with the same problems. Said I could wait, but no empty chairs.

Only because it says online your open Saturday but your not. Could have saved myself a 20 min drive if you just told the truth online

Been with this bank for over 10 years , deposited a check Thursday and was told there would be a 2 day hold so my funds should be released today. Come to find out it won’t be released until Monday and now I’m going in the negative because of it. I’ll be switching banks immediately.

Why are Banks closed on Saturdays? I'm very pleased with AOD except for Saturdays being closed.

There is to much I don't like. My account keeps getting hacked since the new system was installed. We are changing banks after more than 20 years with AOD.

The lobby has sporadic hours that the website does not reflect, and the drive-thru takes an eternity to get through every time you go through it.

No one ever answers the phone.
