Michele is the best! After trying a few other lenders Michele was the only one that was able to help me get finances in order and get approved. It also didn’t require me to sell my car like another lender told me I had to do which was crazy. Michele also got our loan approved and offer on our house accepted then escrow closed lightning fast. She locked in a super low interest rate before they started rising again. She also was always very responsive when others before her left me unanswered or were extremely hard to get a hold of. I am really at a loss for words when it comes to Michelle, Olivia and her team. We had come to know about answer home loans through our agent after being through quite literally hell with other lenders. We had lost two houses in escrow because of mistakes that were made by previous lenders after giving us preapprovals. So when Michelle called me and talk to me and told me that she could get it done quite honestly I didn’t believe her any one bit. So we went through the same process as I did with all the other lenders and she just kept telling me trust me trust me. So something about the way she interacted with me was different. So I said OK it’s in your hands. And she told me that she wouldn’t let me down and we were going to be homeowner soon and sure enough we closed today on basically the perfect home.
