This credit union has awful customer service and is very unfriendly and unsupportive of military members. I am stationed out of state and trying to get paper work done with them to get my money from my own account is like pulling teeth every time. Whoever I speak with on the help line always gives me an attitude as well. I am trying to close out the bank account but go figure they won't email the paperwork to me to do that even. Their fees are outrageous as well.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Been banking here since 2003 and have had loans with them as well. Nice to be treated like a neighbor and not just a number.

No one answers the phone just makes a load ring

Even though I am a small account, and only do tedious tasks every time I stop in, the staff and management have always been friendly, courteous and welcoming. The tellers (Jasmine, Carrie, Danielle and Tiffany) are amazing to work with. Even during the COVID craziness, they always have a smile on their faces and are willing to help. Couldn’t ask for more out of any bank!

Had a family emergency. Was told we qualified for a small loan. Our collateral was more than what the loan was for. After several days of hearing nothing we called. The manager told us we couldn't get it, and when we explained how we were assured by the employee that handles loans that we would get it, the manager said there was no way she would of told us that. We even told her to watch the video from the camera in the office to prove it. Of course that didn't happen

Its a real good place to bank at. I love it

This credit union charges for literally everything, the fees are outrageous.
