She walked me through it and kept me almost minute by minute updated. I personally made a few documention errors, again first time buyer, but she was right there to help me correct them and even saved the original closing date. That's already on top of the fact that she got me a great interest rate and was able to keep me in my target monthly mortage payments with all the factors involved. Even after the close, when I still had a few afterthought questions, she was right there to answer them.
