Kelly Jennings with Angel Oak Home Loans was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking a loan of any type. His communication is superb, and his ability to explain the intricacies of the loan process is unmatched. I always felt informed throughout the entire process. In addition to his communication skills, Kelly did an excellent job looking out for me as the customer. He found additional savings during the process that was very much appreciated by me, as well as taking it upon himself to secure a longer rate lock period than I had asked for. His initiative in regards to the rate lock period saved me a significant amount of money and was above and beyond what I would expect of a loan officer. Again, if you have the choice, work with Kelly Jennings for all of your loan needs.

We switched lenders after we went from "You'll get a great rate" to getting a horrible rate and owing cash at closing. Ed got us a much better rate AND got us almost $2,000 cash back! He was kind, creative, hard-working, and even took a Friday after 5pm (Sorry again, Ed!) phone call when we had an immediate need. Highly recommend working with Ed!

We met Josie in August of 2021 when we were trying to buy a home. She was kind, responsive and very knowledgeable and was easy to work with especially with us being out of state. She was able to get us prequalified quickly which put us in the best position to purchase a home. Unfortunately, someone outbid us but Josie didn't leave us hanging. She continued to communicate with us via email and text, always prompt with her response. After a few months, we ended up going in a different direction, purchasing a lot and to build. Even though Josie doesn't handle that type of loan she continued to assist us, giving us a great referral to another lender who is helping us now. Josie spent lots of time and energy on us, answered our questions and has continued to keep tabs on us even though we no longer need her particular service. If she is that great without making a dime off of us, I can only imagine the care you will receive from a licensed mortgage advisor like her!
