Karen was absolutely wonderful. I was having a hard time having someone work with me to become approved for a mortgage, being self employed. Angel Oak Home Loans has options for people like me, but Karen specifically was encouraging and helped me to be able to make it happen. We made a plan to get everything ready within 6 months. I worked hard with her guidance and followed her advice. She went above and beyond in this crazy real estate climate to get what I needed at the time of putting an offer in.
