I just closed on my first home, and cannot say enough good things about Andrew at Fairway Mortgage. He checked in with me and my realtor on a regular basis. When I found homes I was interested in, he would run different projections with me based on my loan over time. He also helped me walk through different financial considerations based on the loans I was looking at. I initially planned on using CHFA-FHA for my first home until Andrew walked me through my finances and projections over the life of the loan. I wound up going with FHA Conventional in the end, and it was definitely the best option for me.
