Having bought and sold several homes over the years, I've come to just "expect" delays in the mortgage process. Not with Andre! Andre exceeded our expectations in all ways. He helped us do as much paperwork ahead of time to allow for an extremely fast and efficient close of escrow. We highly recommend Andre. We just got done doing our second VA Streamline refinance. Andre has lived up to all his promises over the years. He first helped us get the help we needed to fix our credit scores 5-6 years ago and told us he would let us know when we were ready to not only buy a house but be able to sustain it. Well Andre kept his word and we were able to purchase our dream home in 2017. The interest rates where high at the time but it was a risk worth taking. Andre ensured me to look past the interest rates and he would get me the best interest rates as soon as they became available. Once again I trusted Andre and he delivered. We did our first VA streamline and he got us down significantly. Flash forward to today and we just got done doing our second VA streamline and Andre took us down to a 2.5%.
