Called one afternoon for a loan and got a call back the next day. Loan was approved and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Got there early and only had to wait about five minutes. Linda moneymaker made us feel like we were old friends and all paperwork was ready. All banks should have their branch managers take lessons from her on how to treat customers. I will highly recommend this branch to my friends for their banking needs. Great place to do business and sorry I didn't know them until recently.

I've had several experiences with Anderson Brothers Bank and my most recent transactions prompted me to write this review. On my way to Myrtle Beach to pick up a new ATV, I called Sue to see if she could get me a better rate than what the dealership offered. As I was making the drive with an empty trailer, she worked to review my loan application and contact the dealership for documents. When I arrived, my application was approved and the dealership paperwork was completed. I needed to take a few pictures of the 4wheeler and sign the dealership paperwork. I picked up a check in Myrtle Beach and brought home my new toy. I'm throughly impressed with the level of personalized customer service and diligence to complete this transaction within a few hours on the same day. Thank you again!!

This was my first experience with Anderson Brothers Bank and I'm extremely impressed. Sue was a pleasure to work with and went above an beyond! I have been with my same bank for decades and even when I had $75000 in my account, I was never treated as well as Sue treated me. She helped me reduce a very high interest rate loan to a much, much lower rate. Can't say enough great things and seriously thinking it is time to change banks. If you are on the ledge about applying with them, you need to just go ahead and do it. I have worked in customer service for 30 years and Anderson Brothers Bank and Sue deliver top notch service!

I just want to thank Linda Moneymaker again for her assistance in helping me purchase a new 2022 ICON Golf Cart today! I didn't submit my application until late yesterday afternoon and by this morning she was able to get me approved and help me get all my documents signed (via email) in a few short hours. Linda Moneymaker and her team and Anderson Brothers Bank (Summerville) have been exceptional since the beginning. We joined this bank a few years ago, and every time I need them they are there. When we started we did not have much business, but that did not stop them working with us and extending us credit. As our business grew we easily could go to the bank and ask for assistance with our the use of our account in different ways. What is so great is that they know you when you walk in the door. We are not just the next person, but they know our name or when they look at the account they know our business. I am so happy we chose to join Andersson and leave Chase. We will keep our business and personal accounts with Anderson because they have the best service ever.

This bank will leave you on hold for over 30 minutes and whenever you finally get someone on the phone they will hang up on you. It’s happened to me numerous times. I’m stuck with a auto loan with this bank and it’s my biggest regret. There is no way to access the payment online Bc they changed the whole website around. So you have to call in order to get your loan paid and you have to give them all of ur personal information like card information/ social. The morning of your payment date they will harass you and keep calling until you answer the phone but when I call nobody is anywhere to be found. Wish I could give 0 stars

Hiring process is ridiculous. Interviewed with ABB on October 13 2021 and did not hear anything back. I left a voicemail and a message for the hiring manager on October 22 after not hearing back a week later after they stated they were urgently hiring. He informed me that they were still making a decision and I would hear soon. On November 1st after still not hearing anything I reached out stating that I could not wait to hear back any longer as it had been almost 3 weeks since an interview. The people were very nice and I was looking forward to an opportunity with ABB but the lack of communication between them and candidates is not a good look.
