If I could rate lower I would. Everything is terrible. Delayed Appraisal, Delayed Closing disclosures, Surprises from underwriting. Delayed closing by TWO WEEKS. And then on the day of Closing we had a surprise from the underwriter. Which has made us lose out on the house. Also being charged for a rate lock extension that is entirely the lenders fault. The loan originators have been good, the company is the worst I have worked with. ALSO I am an agent and this is my personal house, so if they'll do it on my deal they'll do it on yours.

Dante was INCREDIBLE! Buying a first home can be extremely stressful, especially when you don't have a financial background or home buying experience things can get pretty complicated and confusing. Dante jumped through hoops for us, working late into the night (literally) to get us approved. He's very thoughtful, thorough, and advises us every step of the way during this process. Our background was complex and applying for a mortgage loan was less than ideal, yet Dante spent many hours working with us to get us going on the right track for approval. Corey and Megan did all they possibly could to make the process easier for my partner and I to move into our first home together. The higher-ups in this company, though, are abhorrent. Disappointing. They upped the charges for everything they possibly could - charged us for a rate-lock extension for the delays that they caused on their end. This experience has turned into a nightmare for us, and we are now scrambling to find somewhere to live in two weeks. I wouldn’t recommend this practice to my worst enemy. They are sleazy, unethical, and they don’t deserve anyone’s money.

Dante took me in and explained every little step of the process up until signing. Whenever I contacted him via email or phone he would answer right away or in a reasonable professional time manner.
