I purchased a firearm, some tools and a snowblower here, the snowblower had a minor issue and Ben dealt with it in a reasonable way. I was happy with the customer service as well as the pricing. Under last management I was very unhappy to say the least. I would show up to find stuff that had been stolen and Ben would argue say I was wrong. He wrongfully and knowingly broke my 55 in TV and tried to blame it on me until I bought a bike that made him laugh and admit he had broke my tv with that bike. He sold my stuff while my pawns were paid not only in full but a head. Even with proof of ownership Ben did not return my items. However under new management this is not the case. The staff there are super nice helpful and understanding. I highly recommend doing business with them

Went in to spend some of my tax money. While shopping my potty training toddler had to pee. Asked the staff about a bathroom. Didnt have an issue with being told no, but the attitude that went with it was unnecessary. Walked out without spending a dime.

Mountain man Trading Post has wonderfully kind and helpful staff. A larger variety of inventory than I originally thought and amazing prices. The lady helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a lower price than I thought I would have to spend. This is a great place to go if you are looking for high quality used goods.

Rude people that don't even listen to you. When they think they know wat they talk about they're just mean and nasty, especially the owner. Worst pawn shop ever
