Went straight to publix and did it in 4 minutes. They either need more employees ir team members that’ll prioritize clients more..

I had a bad experience the person name virginia one with short hair treat me bad and rude i always come here and was never treat it like this plus they make me wait so long i was the first one to go in and and the last one to leave. When i left the woman put my money order on the window and left me on the window she is so rude what if there is something worng in the money order how can i change it if she left me on the window.

They didn't give me candy and the lady that was working there named Coral shaped like a whale. She's unexperinced and deserved to be demoted to a receptionist.

I have been here over 1 hour no sense of who came first or last they take forever with each customer and are really disorganized no customer service

If I could give zero stars I would. If they work as much as they talk it would be amazing. I am here for more than 25 minutes at the cashier just waiting for a money order. They picked the money , gave a paper to sign and went to talk to other people. It’s frustrating the lack of customer service. Go somewhere else.

This is the 2nd time I'm using western union at amscot, I start the process on the west union app so it only costs me $5 to send the funds instead of much more... Everytime I do this the agents do not listen even when I try to explain what I am doing.. They honestly do not listen and because they believe they are trained they think that you have no idea what you are doing. Not going back here
