Amscot - The Money Superstore Ulmerton Rd, Largo

Almost half an hour for a two minute transaction for cash payment of my cable bill. One person to running entire place so lines backed up. The counter attendant's meal was delivered while I was there and she had to set it back and could not stop even to eat.

Wanted to give a great big thank you to Heather at this specific Amscot. Heather is always so friendly and always has a smile on her face which is so nice to see 😁 and always willing to help with any questions or concerns with paying a bill or getting a money order. Or even just listening she's like a best friend/sister you never knew you had. Thank you 😊

Staff is extremely intrusive wants to know why my mother is frequently sending money. And all the details then proceeds to call someone a manager im assuming and all I hear him say is I have the customer infront of me its your call. Proceeded to ask if these questions are necessary and he says FDC requires yet but somehow I can send $5000 on cash app without a question. FDC does not care about a $100 western union such bs and poor customer service.

Never had a bad time here but they also helped me get out when I was in the payday advance loop with the split into four payments and the other one where I hire a financial agency to represent and write a letter for me to make payments even longer then the four equal payments four weeks in a row

Quick and tidy, they'll getter done for ya. All 3 of the main techs have it in gear..

I will not go to this location again. Simon was rude. He couldnt hear me saying my phone number but gave me attitude when I spoke louder. First time using an additional service besides utility pay and Simon was rude and arrogant instead of kind and helpful. Slowest service yet. And when helping my minor child had disregard for me. Said he had been with amscot for more than a decade but if you arent going to treat the customers kindly the amount of tenure is irrelevant.

Not a 24-hr Amscot. Friendly service every time I've been there. The place also has an ATM and postal mail box. You can also buy single stamps at the desk. Money orders are free, and one of the reasons I go here.

The people there are always nice I get to pay my bills get things cashed and done quickly and efficiently and I don't have to run all over the place thank you the people are absolutely wonderful

I've been on 08/26/2020 at 2:30 pm at this store and the customer service was awful, the guys working there were a joke!

Not very helpful. Made you feel like a criminal. I do know I won't be back here. Hated here
