Amscot - The Money Superstore W Flagler St, Miami

Wost costumer service. The guy with glasses that help me was extremely rude. I went to get my money order and he was asking for my SSN just to get a money order. He walk around the store just to make me wait longer. He was extremely rude and the service was horrible.

I would love to give this place 5 stars but with the customer service cynthia and Sonia provide I'm unable to do so they make you experience very uncomfortable, they aren't knowledgeable when asked questions and misinform you when speaking to you about there procedures during paying a loan or even changing a check, they have a very harsh attitude which honestly puts you in a bad mood because your there to pay back money loaned or change a simple check, if every step is a problem. Cynthia seems very unsure about her job and rolls her eyes calling you up to the counter but you cannot hear her.

None of the RUDE ladies at this location know what they are doing. Go to the location at 10780 W Flagler instead, at least they know what they are doing and treat you with respect.

I've been a long time customer because unfortunately I fell in the trap of payday loans. Never had an issue with this location, and trust me when I say I go A LOT. However, came today after 1 month and Estephany (who seems to be a new employee) made it the worst experience ever (Yes, out of all the times I've been there). My issue started as a SYSTEM issue, which I understand that goes out of the hands of that employee, however it sucks to see how LOW amscot has been aiming when it comes to the FACES of their business. Spent over 1 hour in the location trying to fix my problem, and I know that it was because of the lack of interest on that woman. I never do reviews, but she deserves the WORST of all reviews and Amscot should do something about it. It's not right to hire any type of person, when what you need is an excellent customer service. ESTEPHANY is her name. She's really skinny, cuban and has dark brown hair. ABBY, ALEXIS and the other guys from the team are awesome and really put effort into the company, but ESTEPHANY is a LIABILITY for this Company. It's a shame.

The customer service the atmosphere was excellent I recommend the store great peace of mind there

I go once a while at night... Leo is always very professional and trying to Help everyone .. even sometimes I can see many people in the line. He always try to help as much as he can at the same time... even some costumers are so rude... unfortunately they don’t understand that he is by himself overnight. Can’t complain... Maria is super nice as well ... definitely I’m coming back.

Do not go here, Worst customer service the three times that I attempt to come to this store. "LEO" "LEO" at 11:30 pm is a very unprofessional guy that does not Respect customers, telling me why I am crying about, firstable I arrived to send some critical money to send for a baby with a critical cancer disease in another country I was trying to use western union, he told me fill out this paper he start helping other two people, I waited patiently and then he start help a third one when I clearly told him that I was done, I was telling him that I need to get this done before 12 that's why I arrived on time. He told me that was not a priority for him, after finishing with the third person took him about 20 minutes, he goes to the western union windows and told me that I have to fill out an amscot document, (what kind of job he is doing, first thing to ask are you a member of amscot). This is the worst place to come, western union should not be part of them, very unprofessional people that threat you like you are asking them for a favor, every single transaction that you make here you have to pay for. (Nothing is free). Trained people the right way to make customer satisfaction higher. I would never come back to this place again for nothing.

The Customer Rep was rude and bad mannered, also 0 English. There is not such a thing as a Free Money Order, but for those who subscribe for their membership and accept their terms and conditions for cash advance and loans. Whatever you want to do be prepared to give your social security and submit an application for all of their services.

Unprofessional services. They took all my personal information (even my full SSN) just to make a money order and guess what, they told me at the end, oh we can’t make the money order for you.

I got money! I needed money! I think that's sums up my experience today...
