Amscot - The Money Superstore N Florida Ave, Tampa

Customer service there is poor and the wait time is usually long, even if nobody’s there. They always have new people working there that don’t know what they are doing. I would avoid this place if you can.

I had to wait quite awhile for the one person ahead of me. Probably 15 minutes. There was a lead woman that could have gotten me out of there sooner, but she ignored me and did not help her fellow employee. I did not appreciate that at all.

If I could rate zero stars I would, this place sucks big time. The people are incompetent that work there, I feel like they just hire anyone off the street. The wait is ridiculous and this place should be shut down, this amscot is by far the worst place anyone could go to. If you wanna punish someone send them there, skip sending criminals to jail just send them to the amscot on Florida ave.

I got an excellent service at this location. Alyuneys was very professional and fast. He is also very polite. This was my best experience at this location. I definitely recommend this location.

Worst customer service ever! To get a money order you need to give you whole life to them. Will not recommend

Worst possible experience. They won't make me a money order with any kind of card so I need to use their ATM to withdraw cash and after that my debit card got compromised! I got weird transactions on my account and had to block my card and get a new one issued. Would never go there again :(

***ROXY*** if you see this name when you walk in to this location just ask for some one else to help you because she will act like she is the owner of the place. she has very bad attitude. doesn't deserve to work in place like this

Asked me for ID because I wanted to get $500 money order then calls someone and comes back and goes sorry I can’t give you one. Like are you stupid what are you talking about? I’ve been coming to amscot for years, I think and for sure they just hire anyone of the street. (IT IS ACTUALLY A ZERO STAR RATING NOT ONE) his name was David

I have been to many many amscot locations and The young lady Whitney who helped me was the most polite and very helpful so far. Thank you Whitney

The people here need to be ashamed of themselves. That is someone's mother and family member. The lady in your store being robbed and you guys will not even call the police or even go help the lady. How sad!
