Awful, after long time waiting they say they dont do what i needed, they could ask 30 minutes earlier, just saying, just go to the window and that way it looks like everyone is getting help, 1 attendant for 10 costum

Terrible customer service! Both workers wanting to rush to leave at 9 & I had came in at 8. Didn't help me correctly or wasn't even understanding, the whole time they were rushing & when 7 people came in, they helped them first & left me on the side for last! Then saying that I didn't have papers they need & they are about to close to come back tomorrow when I was getting everything they needed at that moment. Even called the supervisor to complain but yet was not there to help me. Definitely not coming back, they don't know how to give proper service. Shouldn't even rate this 1 star.

Frances gave me the worse customer service ever. Usually everyone here is nice and helpful not this time.

I used to be a regular customer of Amscot. Their stores seemed like the perfect place to send and receive money through Western Union, make money orders, pay utility bills. But everything changed two weeks ago. I went to receive a cash transfer by Western Union and went to the Amscot store located at 1780 W 68th St in Hialeah that is close to my home. The transfer was for a total of $ 3,341.00. The girl who kindly attended to me directed me to the last window and in that place I had the money in front of me, but honestly, in the quick way that bank tellers usually do and I couldn't follow the count with my eyes. When he finished, he put the money in a letter envelope and handed it to me. I felt sorry for recounting it in front of her, so I decided to take the envelope as I received it. That was my biggest mistake! I took the envelope to my house (I live alone) and the next day when counting the money I noticed that I was missing $ 1250. Yes, you are reading correctly: $ 1,250 dollars! I went to the store and asked to speak to the manager. The manager turned out to be the same girl who gave me the envelope with the money. I explained what had happened and kindly asked him to please check the cameras, to rule out that they had given me more than 30 bills, because that was the amount I had in the envelope. The manager told me that they do not have access to the cameras, that they are a private company. He made a call (which I couldn't hear because he's on the other side of the glass) and when he hung up he told me that he had already informed the Corporate Office, that they would open an investigation, check the cameras and that the District Manager would call me and say the result . From that point my problems with them began. 2 days passed, nobody had called me. I called the store and another manager answered me. I think her name is Irene. He told me that the case was still being analyzed by the corporate office and that the district manager would call me. Another day passed, nobody called me. Another day, nobody called me and I decided to call them again. Manager Irene answered again and told me that they didn't know anything yet, that the district manager would call me. Within 15 minutes of my call she called me back (not the district manager) and told me that they had already checked the cameras and had seen that I had been counted and given the money well. I asked him to please show me the evidence to discard once they didn't give me the full money. His answer: that is information that they cannot give me. I decided to contact a lawyer to see if I could somehow get the evidence from the cameras. The lawyer told me that it would be such a long and complex (and expensive) process that it was better to do nothing. Two weeks after what happened, with 1250 dollars less to pay my bills and immense frustration at what could be as easy as showing me a video, I decided to at least report this issue on social media. I am not accusing Amscot of stealing my money; they just weren't able to show me the slightest respect and consumer protection. The district manager never called.

Horrible service .. The gentleman who attended me had a grumpy face, you can tell he was annoyed. He through the booklet , he threw the reminder card they give you instead of just placing them down. Lucky for me there is a glass otherwise he would've thrown it to my face . Pedro is a rude employee! If he doesn't like his job go somewhere else where you don't have to deal with ppl.

I usually don’t post reviews but this is the third time I go to this location and not only is the customer service horrible in store but also on the phone as well. I literally was in there and hour ago and the attendant Francis was dry and rude. I don’t understand how other locations nearby are so friendly and this one has got to be the worst.

According to the website their close at nine PM. I was there @ 8:15 pm and was already close. At least should update the webpage.

Today visit the Amscot at 1780 w 68th st in Hialeah. I was attended by an excellent agent named Irene and I want to thank her for her attention and her dedication to providing an exemplary service. Thank you
