Anthony is so rude as soon as I get in there people waiting in line as we should he yelling come to a window like we should know to do that.but people wait in line so they know who is there first duhh but he yelling for people to come up in a rude manner and he doesn’t know who is there first. He skipped us several times. and they lady tells him we were waiting (I said nothing)he says oh I’m doing a lot of stuff they gone have to wait but that’s not an excuse you help people as the come in that’s why there is a line for people to wait to be served so everybody is in order no problem because if we wait in line or at the window we still waiting but at least you have order and no one is offended because the rude comments weren’t necessary. He need better costumer relations and service. The other lady who helped did just that got me in and out no rude comments nothing I don’t know her name.

This location is very busy, so there's always a bit of a wait. The staff could be a little more friendly and courteous. They act like they are doing you a favor being there.

Horrible experience. When I came inside I stood there for a few minutes without even being acknowledged and usually when they're busy they will at least acknowledge you. Karen tried to assist me but failed miserably at customer service. I needed a money order for a rent payment that is split between myself and someone else. Normally she gets the money order but this time I had to get it because she was not able to get off of work. They would not allow me to purchase the money order because the apartment is in her name and I did not have proof that it was my residence. I have a big issue with Karen because of the way that she handled the entire situation. She did not thoroughly explain everything to me and when she did speak to me she was very rude and condescending. I don't have a problem hearing no but I do have a problem with the way a response is given. I have worked in banking and I also have worked in customer service for many years. This was one of the worst experiences that I have had in customer service. I wasted at least 20 25 minutes of my time and what's worse is I was mistreated by someone who is supposed to assist me in a professional way. I went right up the street to my bank and was in and out in 7 minutes and I got exactly what I needed without a hassle AND I was treated with respect.

Legna was very disrespectful and racist this morning, she deliberately skipped me after finishing a customer and took the PR lady that walked in way after I did. She threw them nasty a** tootsie rolls at the window and zoomed pass me 4 or 5 stalls down to her and started talking Spanish. I walk over to let here know I was before her and she clearly stated that there was an order they go by...duh, I come here every month for money orders so I took it as an insult. Then, she said because I left an empty window to come in front of her so she didn't have to walk to me...I lost my space. Very combative and snappy. I don't know her and she has never helped me before so I don't know why she would be so negative. But, Thanks to Jose for understanding and taking care of me right away. She definitely needs to be retrained and an attitude adjustment.

The Lady who got my transaction was rude. Call me to the window just to tell me that I had to wait, then she told me that no cards were accepted so got to use the ATM they had there so my money order was not free, cost me $2 . When my transaction was finished I wanted to ask about one of their products and she just turned around and never answered. Not a friendly place, atleast for that cashier.

This answer is for Killy Killy and Amscot Corp. Apologize for give you the answer 7 months after the incident. I understand your frustration. Some bills request special methods for make thrust the system because is not fee at Amscot, basic on that the system does not allow pay more than a $100 dollars( be honest the limit is $99.99) and no less than $10. I remember that your boyfriend came in a hurry trying to make the payment before 12:00 am that date, the payment was for the amount of $110. I told him that I’ll break the payment in two transactions. Great, looks like a successful and the computer print the receipt. Period on this and 15 minutes after 12 am your boyfriend called to the store, and I answered the phone. He said the payment was not completed because the service wasn’t back. I told him: normally take 3 business days to be post. He said :”not this is not correct because the service get back right away after the payment “. Alright Alex you can come back and I’ll give you the money back to you if that will solve the problem. Perfect looks like we agreed. At the time that him back I called my main office to proceed the refund. Unfortunately Boost mobile do not refund the money and the payment goes right away to their system so my main office do not allowed me to gave him the money back because the payment was completed. I explained that to him and my hands are tight on this. A miss understanding happened because for the two years that I worked for Amscot he was the first customer that claim a refund of boost mobile. I did not know that you can’t get the money back. He was upset and frustrated( I understand) but yes: I DO NOT GET PAID ENOUGH TO GET YIELD and that why I quick two weeks after. I really sorry for that. Hope you provide an EXCELLENT and PROFESSIONAL service at wherever you do for living.

Zero!!!!! Stars!! I am not surprised that this location has such a low rating. I wish i would have looked at the reviews before going in to such an unprofessional location. My boyfriend went in to make our cell phone payment and the cashier named henry was unknowable and un apolgetic for completely messing up the payment. Which by the way hasn't posted to our account yet! We've never had this problem the other location we usually go to makes two payments for $50 and one for $7.00. When he gives me the receipt I notice it said $93 when i gave him $110 to make my payment of $107.00 . As well as it being 93.00 on one receipt. He did it completely wrong and shorted my payment. When i brought it to his attention he made a call because he didnt know what he was doing. When he got of the phone he was very rude and bothered he said they dont pay me enough to deal with you kind of people.? Then he processed another payment and the receipt says bill payment for $17 tendered $110 and change $93 which he did not give me any change and again i repeat it has not posted to my account. This is completely unacceptable and i am pretty sure i will have to go back again tomorrow because of his mistake. I will be reaching out to corporate he should not be working if thats his attitude towards customers especially when it was his mistake.

So I came here and now I can see why it's a 2 star rating here. Absolutely rude, no sense of urgency. It took me 15 minutes just to get a money order. The one employee was being rude to the customer next to me. He had a blue Western Union pamphlet I guess or something and she waited for him to have everything he needed before she proceeded to ask him if he was paying online, when he was clearly right there in person. So in return.. I became rude after waiting, having others placed before me and listening to these women's sly comments towards others. If this were ur first visit, you'd think the glass window is to keep the customers from jumping over the counter.

Horrible customer service. Came to get a money for an important payment. Having the exact money in change. The teller assumed I was with a previous customer and refused me service for something that was not tied to me at all. When ask for an explanation I was met with a snarky remark "Go ask that girl you were with?" I let her know that I had nothing to do with that. Then replied, "Well we just cant do it for you today." Extremely uncalled for and disrespectful dont bother coming there just drive down to the next location

This Amscot is one of the slowest if not the lowest location in all of Orlando. The employee's are rude and have zero sense of urgency. It's okay to be unhappy about your job or to have a bad day, but if you punish customers for your circumstances that's a major problem. If you have to come to this Amscot be prepared to wait a long time, and don't expect to be treated like a valued customer.
