Worst experience ever. Every time I go in to cash a check there’s always a issues . “They can’t find me in the system “ or they have the wrong social on file or the wrong phone number . Always see new faces . The turn around must be huge and no one last. People have no idea how to do there job. Today was the final straw never again.

Service not good stop going to this location i been going there for years being the most closes by rather go to one thats 60 mins away being that this one 2 minutes away from me. always a but or problem never willing to help you out. Very disappointed.

A money store that only accepts cash in the year of our lord 2021 so they can nickel and dime you for using the ATM. Don't come here.

Worst service ever they were rude they couldn't get their job done and they wanted to charge me $120 for a $1,200 check. I do not recommend this to anybody it is the biggest rip-off in any cash checking place. I suggest you leave this place as your last resort and even then I wouldn't use it it's garbage

Bad attention from the manager to the employees, I have been doing operations on different occasions and for all of them bad attention, they should give a customer service course. My recommendation do not go to that office, it is preferable to drive a little more, I always attended the Flagler with 84 and really that a totally different and very friendly service.
