Amscot - The Money Superstore Old Winter Garden Rd, Orlando

I came in to cash a check and they thought it was fake and they wanted my father’s number to call him at 1 in the morning to verify it was real. My boyfriend came in and tried to cash his check and they said they couldn’t cash his check and couldn’t tell him why. He went to another place to get his check cashed and there was no problem whatsoever. These people discriminate!!!!

Amscot use to do loans for up to a month payback, and now they changed it to the next paycheck, I just called and they extend it for this time only, the woman that attended me was very rude about this situation and I didn't knew that they've changed it. I have been getting loans from amscot for more than 3 years always paid them back, and now that they can't do the month I will do my loans somewhere else. Amscot will just keep losing loyal clients.

been getting loans from amscot for 4 years now ! always call and get an extension when i can’t pay on time & when i called this time the manager armondo was literally yelling at me over the phone telling me she couldn’t give it to me when it was my first time calling ! I can not believe how a manager would take care of a loyal customer in such a rudely manner! going somewhere else where from now on

In plenty 2020 they don't take credit or debit cards for a notarization service. You have to get cash from their ATM.... and of course pay a surcharge for that.

Love the people there they always treat me well and it's very convenient and fast

I went in to get a money order which is free, I got a money order for more than $500 the lady asked me for my ID and I’m over the age of 21. I asked her when did they start asking for that she said it depends on the amount. But the sign clearly says “No limit, no charge, no problem” lucky my mom was with me but I didn’t understand why for something that’s FREE!!! Do not go here they discriminate!!

Usually no issues but the man passed me up and took a person who walked in after me. Then tried to make a non issue. Called corporate. But if I'm trying to pay you for something dont pass me up because I'm standing with my phone in my hand. That 600 could just walk out the door with me.

If I could I would rate -100 stars, be aware they asking your full social security number just for send $100 dollars I do accept that must comply policies for money laundry amscot but I won't get my ssn in a "form" (piece of paper) is so vulnerable information to ask it , you guys can do better , waste my time and gas on the top that they do not know what customer service is , 0 stars lost a value costumer , went to Publix and sent it my $100 without giving my ssn to anyone just with my driver license, will never ever make any business with amscot and even worse at this location
