He also was patient with walking us through the whole process as I was a first time home buyer. We closed quickly and on time! Every person we talked to was in shock with our loan terms and so we felt it couldn’t have gone any better!

Andrew was so great to work with! We had a very unique situation, and he was so patient through the whole process, from a million questions to signing, and I know he’ll be in touch down the road to make sure we’re still taken care of. I have worked with Marshall and the AMKO Lending Team for my past two home refinances. In both instances Marshall, and the AMKO Team were professional, informative and provided a refinance at a great rate! There are no "automated robot" type customer service experiences with AMKO that you would endure with the other lenders. Aaron Krieger and AMKO Lending were a pleasure to work with. We were first-time buyers coming from out-of-state, so we had lots of questions. Aaron always got back to us quickly with answers, and never made us feel like we were bothering him or taking up too much of his time. We got pre-approved with roughly six other lenders, and AMKO's customer service stood out as especially good. Another lender who I won't name always made us feel pressured to accept whatever offer they presented us with. Aaron, on the other hand, was there for whatever we needed, but he never pressured us to move more quickly than we felt comfortable with. AMKO was also able to get us the most competitive APR and closing costs out of the six lenders we worked with. Lastly, AMKO is a known entity in northeast Ohio. Listing agents were comfortable working with us because they knew that Aaron and AMKO could close the deal. And sure enough, everything progressed exactly as Aaron said it would, with no nasty surprises along the way. I can't say enough good things about Aaron or AMKO, and I'll certainly be recommending them to friends and returning to them personally for any future financing needs.
