Excellent staff and service, Best experiences in purchasing firearms, tools and jewelry all of great quality. The staff is a delight to work with. I’m not from mcallen but I rather drive an hour to patron this store, than 5 minutes away to my local Amigo Pawn.

Messed up on a pawn payment put it towards wrong item and couldn’t credit it towards the one that I wanted. People were able to fix my problem good staff

Purchased a Passport Radar. It had a blown fuse but manager replaced it and told me I was able to return it if I ran into any problems. Well 15 minutes later I installed it in my truck and within seconds the fuse blew again. Stopped at an auto parts store and replaced fuse only to get the same results. I called them the same day and they told me they would give me credit only. I let manager know I had lost my trust in their products and just wanted my money back. The manager said he had to call a supervisor because that decision was above his pay grade. Supervisor said I was out of luck and could only get store credit, go figure! They stuck it to me! Lesson learned the hard way. Customer satisfaction is not a priority or a goal at any of their pawn stores as I have shopped them all. Money is the root of all evil and these stores definitely prove that.
Mr. Vallejo, With respect sir, your version ended before it was completed- Our company policy is clear that we do not give refunds, but we offered you a refund as long as you returned within the week. You kept the radar for a month and returned it for store credit. We appreciate your choosing us for your pawnshop needs and made a considerable exception for you. We would appreciate a more complete review in the future.

Employees there were nothing but rude and defensive the females that work there have a major attitude problem and don't even know how to use a diamond tester properly was holding it upside down when they told me that my piece of jewelry did not have diamonds I was like okay yeah I'll just go somewhere else that actually knows what they're doing thanks
