Our Loan Originator was FANTASTIC and did EVERYTHING AND THEN SOME for us. I have no complaints towards him! Ask for Mark Harris! As far as underwriting and the loan processor goes.. there was little communication when there shoudl have been a lot more. Mark Harris worked extra with us because the loan processor had none. She made it very stressful and challenging as well as the under writers. I understand buying a home is stressful, but as the loan processor said she would be in communication with us, I talked to her maybe 1 or 2 times on the phone after I finally addressed my issues with her via email and voicemail. When she finally called she was rude and snarky. The best part about this experience was Mark!

Do not finance or refinance with this corporation. They quoted me a specified amount for closing costs and of course the quote was under by $4,000! And then, you have to mail in your payments! No way to pay online! Absolutely ridiculous. I was given a temporary payment coupon and mailed my payment to Atlanta with the account number on the temporary coupon. I later received my statement with a different account number and the address was for Dallas! I'm stressed.

While I was having a hard time with other banks applying for a loan, AmeriSave gave me the best experience with the lead of Sina Tavakoli to apply and get approved for the loan I needed. The process was super simple and fast. I ended up going from start to finish line in less than two weeks which I'm still surprised and grateful for. Thank you Sina and thank you AmeriSave.

Feel scammed and lied to. The person I spoke to railroaded me into signing a bunch of papers saying he would waive the 500 application fee and it did not lock me into anything and the rate would be 5.125 LOCKED in if I signed the paperwork. I was so tired and it was late at night and I was trying to read what I was signing which you need to be an attorney to understand. When I printed out the entire FORTY PAGES, there it was in black and white 500.00 fee due even if I don't close on the loan and NO LOCK on the rate. It is clearly a FLOATING rate. That was an out and out lie. So disappointed and then got an URGENT email saying YOU HAVE TO GET THESE PAPERS IN RIGHT NOW. OMG What is this used car sales from the OLD DAYS. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

This company has wasted my time not once but twice. Not because of my credit score or income. Document after document, list after list after list. Almost seems like a scam. If you are a small business owner, self employed etc don’t do business with this company.

The best mortgage/refi experience we have ever had. Omar is an excellent professional who stays on top of the refi process and ensures timely execution and completion. He is a real pleasure to work with. AmeriSave and Omar Sukaik are highly recommended.

Since I am retired and on a fixed income, I had tried at different times to inquire about refi of my mortgage with the purpose of lowering the monthly payments. I was told over and over again that they could not help me and I should stick with what I already had. However, the agent at AmeriSave Mortgage, worked with me and cleared up some of the issues that other companies did not want to handle. Austin Fitter, my agent, developed a proposal which addressed all my goals with the refi. When there were any problems, Austin dealt with them immediately. He worked closely with me so that I understood any modifications, and was always mindful of my goals. If a problems came up, he was "on it" immediately and came back top me with a plan. Mr. Fitter was always available for any questions. I ended up with a mortgage which will save me a considerable amount every month, and allow me to meet my financial goals. Thanks go to Amerisave for offering such mortgages, and in particular to Austin Fitter for his hard work and determination to get this done for me with the best possible terms.

Terrible company to deal with. I received 2 certified letters of approval and yet they would not complete my application kept coming up with different reasons they couldn't and I even contacted FHA to find out that their reasons were not valid. I went to Rocket Mortgage and within 3 weeks of starting my application closed on my home and got a lower interest rate while Amerisave spent 3 months trying to get this done and couldn't. I would not recommend anyone with this company and suggest don't waste your time and go to Rocket Mortgage or anyone else.

The whole loan and closing experience with AmeriSave is great. Both the loan originator Miles and the processor Brittany are super responsive. They are very patient in answering all questions and respond very quickly for both our emails, calls, and any requests. They will pro-actively reach out to you twice a week to give you updates and what's still left for your loan. Their rate is among the lowest when I was shopping around and their underwriting is among the fastest!

Working with AmeriSave to refinance my loan was very easy. Erickson green was the Loan Originator. I had tons of questions and concerns and he handled them patiently. He would answer my e-mails promptly and helped me with the on-line loan program. Also, his processor Victoria was a great help as well. She helped guide me through the needed documentation for the refinance and assisted when I had questions. All in all, I had a great experience with the professional individuals I worked with from AmeriSave Mortgage.

My experience with AmeriSave was outstanding. After trying to refinance with my current mortgage holder, that took months with little or no movement, AmeriSave was able to get my refinance done expeditiously and without issue. They are a professional company with all the tools to make what is usually a grueling task something that was more pleasant.

This was the easiest and fastest refinance I have ever had. That says something because my situation is not that straightforward when it comes to the paperwork. I worked with a young man named Miles Furuichi. He was responsive and on top of things the entire time. Total time from start of application to funding of loan with a great rate? 16 days! All of it, except for the final notarized signing that happened at my home, done on line and over the phone. I’ll update this if anything changes after I start dealing with them as a mortgage company making payments and everything as this is a brand new loan so I haven’t had that experience yet but the refi was easier than I could ever have imagined.

Harry was a great advisor. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. I was impressed with the close time. From first contact to close was around 21 days, a very quick turnaround especially considering the volume of homeowners who are refinancing now. Overall a great experience, and I would highly recommend Harry and the AmeriSave team!!

This Place is horrible and very unprofessional! They Take Forever in giving you the letter of approval and keep giving you run arounds! All They Care about is the 500 Fee they ask upfront! Better off looking somewhere else! They don't even let you know whats going on! NO email , NO phone call , Nothing! They Deserve 0 Stars!!! Very Upsetting! Lack of Costumer Service!!

I was quite happy with the way my refinance at Amerisave went. The terms were excellent and it was very easy to communicate back and forth. Their website to upload documents was no nonsense and worked without a hitch. I did a cash-out on the refinance and received my check promptly.

This company took over 3 Months to close my refinance. The loan officer, Paul Dean, returned phone calls and emails until I paid the $500 fee, then did not respond after I paid the $500. I had to get 2nd level customer service involved to even close the loan. They did not honor their quotes to me, even though I have excellent credit. Also, their incompetence with the rate lock cost me over $10,000 in rate increases. There is no oversight on their loan officers. If you get a loan officer that is too busy or just not good, you are stuck. Go elsewhere unless you like to be lied to.

------------------------Additional info after my INITIAL comment----------------------- 2 weeks later issue not resolve and our 8+ month anniversary of having the loan open. They finally decided to decline our application because of some lame excuse that had nothing to do with us. DON'T FALL for feedback to contact them. They still haven't replied or addressed my INITIAL EMAIL!! All they want is that $500 deposit! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Horrible experience!! My family started refinancing there house back in September of 2020 and still to this date we have not reach closing. We provide as much information as possible and they always end up finding new things and postponing almost like they don't even want to close. At the beginning of the process they will always find time to reach out until you pay the application. After that, you can barely find the people who are suppose to help you. As well, I emailed customer service about my compliant and still nothing has been done after a couple of weeks. 7+ months!!! Waiting!!! I wish google would allow zero stars because that is what they deserve!!

The world still has some good hearted great people like Ryan. I went to get a quote for my refinance but he ended explaining me what my current problem is and how I should take care of it before trying to refinance. I was overlooking some flaws on my credit report and he spent a bunch of time educating me on how to get prepared to deal with this before refinancing. i would definitely go back to him after taking care of my current situation.

I chose AmeriSave and I’m glad I did. According to another lender their closing costs were “ridiculously low”. The process was swift and relatively easy. I was very satisfied with the service they provided. When I wanted to modify the rate and terms of my refi at the last minute Mr Kyle Langham stepped in and made it all happen in a very timely manner. As a result I now have a new mortgage with a much lower rate and cash to me. I have since recommended two of my family members to AmeriSave for their refinance needs.

As a 19 year veteran Realtor I can honestly say that after first hand experience with Darius and Amerisave that these folks care little to none about the customer. Looking at these more recent reviews makes it clear that this company is slipping into a whole led by its no communicating, lack of respect employees "working" there. Loan refinance process started in January, paid the $500, sent is all paperwork as it was requested on time overtime but still constant gaps in any communication from the originator Darius until a random call yesterday at 7:05 pm by Sean his boss with Amerisave to tell me my loan was declined. This happened literally the day after I received a call from my processor with Amerisave Denise that my loan was approved pending a rate lock by Darius! 4 months into this refinance and thats it, a call from someone I had not heard of calling to decline my loan. Sounds like after reading more of these reviews that my loan was indeed not locked and thus failed at the end due to changes in the rates or loans available. If your interested in wasting your time and care to get frustrated with horrible communication then go for it, BUT if your really looking to close your loan then move on to a different lender. RUN fast!

Orlando Sanchez was my refi loan representative and he did outstanding job working hand in hand with every needed papers to speed up process. My overall experience was a great one with an awesome rate that i got which is my goal.. I highly recommend this company .

The payment to my previous mortgage company was delayed by one week costing me $200 in interest and the payment for the second loan was sent via fedex to me rather than the mortgage company. I live 150 miles from the office of Of my previous mortgage company so it wasn’t like it I could just drop it off. I had to call Amerisave and First American Title and threaten legal action to get them to send a wire transfer for the second loan. I’m honestly not very happy with how it was handled. I was quick and forthcoming providing all necessary information and documents and yet when it came time for Amerisave and First American Title do fulfill their end of the contract, they dragged their feet and only fulfilled their obligation when threatened with legal action.

they wont give you any info without pulling your credit they will say we will ask you questions but start application with out your knowledge also will do soft credit pull without your knowledge even you say you do not wont your credit pull does not listen to customer will hang up call on you

As some others have stated, there is a $500 upfront fee. All their paperwork is very straightforward and their employees do a fantastic job answering questions. The rates they offer are very good and they are generally nice, but sometimes their phone system doesn't work and they do not answer emails in a timely manner. If you want to close on your loan, you will have to stay on top of them. Nothing in life comes free, and though the employees are generally nice, this company likely makes money on all those who would rather abandon their $500 then go through the work of being the nice squeaky wheel. Be nice, but don't let them forget you and you'll get your mortgage financed.

I got a call from Amerisave after applying for a mortgage loan through BOK. I told the caller that at this time we are just seeing what our options are and my husband and I would call if we were interested. That was two days ago. Since then they have called me 10 times. I blocked one number, they call from a different number. Pretty unprofessional. We definitely are not interested at this point.

I had a horrible experience using them as a lender for my most recent home purchase. Their underwriters are overseas so all of your PII is sent to some unknown 3rd party. The underwriters have no idea what they're doing because they demanded a signed explanation for every transaction over 1K. Then they demanded paperwork statement proving where the money come from. In fact, they dinged me on my earnest money transaction and demanded why I transferred so much money into an account. It was for CLOSING COSTS!! Also Michael Brown was a pain to work with! He had no idea what he was doing and wasn't very good at his job. He purposely delayed my closing date because the termite inspection wasn't signed by the inspector. I uploaded that report well over a month prior to closing. Also when I reached out to the inspector, he was so surprise it had to be signed when his license number was on the report. In his 10yrs doing this, he never had to sign the report. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible experience. Communication between AmeriSave employees is awful, which led to countless calls asking for the same information. They request unnecessary documents and signatures and then are slow to act once they get them. Took me 6 months to close on a mortgage refinance.

Amerisave is a good company to work with, they laid out the facts and their rates and costs are clear cut with no hiding that information. The only thing I wish they did a better job of communicating with customers with what changes were made to the disclosure document rather than assuming that everything in the closing disclosure document will be understood by the potential client.

This company and their employees were amazing throughout the whole process. Refinancing my home with AmeriSave was transparent, efficient, and hassle free. This process took approximately two weeks from start to finish which was excellent on my behalf. I would definitely recommend this mortgage company to friends, family, and associates.

If there were 0 stars, that’s what I would give this cooperation because that’s what they deserved. My experience working with this cooperation was terrible. Multiple attempts to get in contact with my loan officer, Jorge Gaona to ask questions about my loan went unanswered. It took me calling back to back from a different number for him to pick up just to say he didn’t have the answers to my questions and would get back to me. He never got back to me. This almost cause me to miss my closing date. Attempts to get in contact with others to get assistance also went unanswered. They also kept asking me to re-send documents that I had already sent multiple times and showed no interest in wanting to assist me. It made the process in purchasing a home more painful then it honestly needed to be. I will never use AmeriSave and advise anyone looking to use them to look at another loan corporation.

Wish I could give them 0 stars!! My experience working with this cooperation was the worst ever! They pre-approved us and had us pay a fee to lock in our interest rate which we did. Once we found a home and went under contract, they told us they needed several different documents which many of the documents costed us even more money since we were on a deadline for closing so we had to pay our CPA to get everything they needed. It was a continuous cycle of them needing one document after another including more of the same documents we had already given them. Up until literally they day before closing they were still asking for stuff! They ended up saying that our info wasn’t matching up and that they needed more documents. This cause me to miss my closing date. Keep in mind that we were putting 1/3 down for our home we were trying to purchase not just 15 to 20% and still had all this hassle!!! Luckily another company was able to get us actually approved and we were able to extend our closing date a week to not lose out on our home and the almost $10k we put into everything already. Even our realtor couldn’t understand what in the world was going on with this company and will not deal with them ever again. I will NEVER use AmeriSave and advise anyone looking to use them to look at another loan corporation to save yourselves the headache and stress!!!!

A great experience if not my best with a Mortgage Company. No hidden surprises. My Loan Officer Matthew and all of the Loan Originators were very helpful and patient with me I was given a great rate, Had All my debt paid off and my monthly payment is affordable. Would recommend Matthew Landingham and his team anytime

Abraham is intelligent, listens to your needs and knows his job above all takes pride in his work. We appreciate the professionalism and the fact that he always kept us updated with the process of our loan. Truthfully we were impressed with being able to close in 30 days with a 10 year loan at 2.65% saving us lots of money in the end. We totally trust Abraham and highly recommend him to do the best job for your needs.

This has been the worst experience of my life and I'm drowning. I do not ever recommend this company and I wish someone would've told me about how aweful this company was before it was too late. Even my realtor said he's never had so much hassle getting a house.

I had great experience refinancing with Leonard Bernal at AmeriSave. It was the best mortgage process I've ever experienced - in that it moved quickly and professionally, plus I got a great rate! In particular, Leonard was excellent at steering me through the process and going the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I enjoyed working with him and trust his guidance. I would recommend he and AmeriSave to anyone.

I refinanced my loan with AmeriSave mortgage because I was trying to lower my payment. After I signed a few months later I got letters regarding changes to my loan. They made changes that they did not notify me about. So my payment change and keeps increasing. Based on the fees for refinance and increasing payment I should have kept my old loan. When I have called for answers they just tell me that the changes are required and there is nothing they can do. I ask why I was not informed of these requirements when I was closing on the loan but instead told after everything was signed. It feels like a scam to me. I will be paying this off as soon as possible and will not deal with this company ever again for any mortgage needs.

My first 2 loan officers were too busy to work with my refinance. My 3rd loan officer, Paul Dean, returned phone calls and emails until I paid the $500 fee, which I understood to be a rate lock fee. Paul Dean did not respond after I paid the $500. After 2 months of auto-generated emails, I finally called all of AmeriSave's customer service numbers until I found someone that sent my contact information to their customer service resolution department. The person that called me back put me in contact with Paul Dean's manager, Sean O'Laughlin. Sean informed me that Paul Dean did not lock my rate, costing me over $10,000 in extra rate cost, above what was quoted to me, and what I applied for multiple times. Fast forward another month, (over 3 months in all) and AmeriSave finally put a loan officer on my refinance to finish the refinance. Even after concessions for Paul Dean's incompetence, I was still out over $4000 in increased rate costs. Do not walk away, run away from this mortgage company, and all of its locations in other states. Their customer facing loan systems are mostly automated, and their loan officers are too busy in this home buying and refinance frenzy time.

I don't know what happened. The loan originator was great. Thomas helped me get set up, talked me through everything. I was so impressed. But as soon as it went to loan processing and title, everything fell apart. Robin Busby at Amerisave was terrible to deal with. It took over 104 days to get my loan processed. They kept asking for things that were applicable to my home. For example, my loan got delayed three weeks, because they said my home was apart of a trust. It took us going back and forth for over 21 days to ensure then that we did not inherit our home in a trust. Apparently they had pulled the title on the wrong house. They kept asking for more and more information.... I started this process the week before Thanksgiving. I had a bad feeling about it, but at that point I didn't want to start over with another company, especially since we had already paid for the appraisal. When we went to close on (3-4-21) there were several mistakes on our paperwork, which drew out the process even longer. I highly recommend going with someone else, this was an awful process. I ended up with ulcers and in tears on a few occasions. I DO NOT recommend using this company. And I hate to say this, because maybe it was just our loan processor. But she has made the entire experience just awful.

I am very happy with Amerisave and even more so with my loan originator Elisa Joiner. She was fantastic. She was on top of everything, very responsive, friendly, compassionate, would always take the time to answer every question and to make sure we where comfortable with the process. Best customer service I have had anywhere. I recommend Amerisave and Elisa for any of your mortgage needs.

This is the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with in my experience of having a mortgage for the past 20 years. We asked to have one payment moved to end of our note as we missed work last February due to COVID. We contacted them in February and still have yet to resolve the one missed payment. They reported late payments on our credit which is against the law. We are still battling with them to get our account current. I have sent messages to the CEO with no response. I have spoken with over 50 agents in more than 20-30 phone calls and no one is able to follow through or even document what is discussed over the phone. I will never recommend this company nor do business with them agian.

BAIT AND SWITCH BEWARE - I was lured in by the advertisement of NO SSN required for prequalification letter, but instead Barzin Sharifi Loan Originator NMLS ID # 2061178 insisted on having my SSN information to complete form. Then I told him not ready for a full loan application, just need a letter of approval letter, and he stated maybe AmeriSave is not the company for me. How unprofessional. Especially in a market where loans come a dime a dozen. A company cannot afford to lose one opportunity and instead should be asking what they can do to help a potential customer. I would not have my enemy apply for a loan here if this is the norm way of servicing potential customers. Gosh I can imagine how they treat existing customers! NO WAY STAY AWAY .... VENTURE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

AmeriSave Mortgage isn't the best when it comes to communication. I had to push to get my loan approved, and locked. I had to threaten them to go elsewhere to get the loan locked. They say a 60 day turn time and they would have took the full 60 days if I didn't stay on them. Check their BBB complaints. I had to threaten them with a BBB complaint because they wouldn't send me a rate lock sheet. I never got the rate lock sheet; the manager just locked my loan. I had to push to get the refund for the application fee that was supposed to be there already. Then when the Loan Signing Agent came, he was over 1.5 hours late. Then when the loan funded I had to call to see when the check would be coming in and I needed I still don't know who I need to send my first payment to or when I need to send it. If you go with AmeriSave, just beware and make sure your numbers are correct. Be prepared to have to stay on top of them. And don't take no for an answer. IF you want a great experience with no headaches and plenty of communication, you may want to look elsewhere.

Started refinance process in December and am still waiting for a close date. They continually ask for additional paperwork, some of which they already have. Ask for IRS transcript release form, which I can pull myself for them. Never return calls, never respond to emails. Am totally DONE with them; going somewhere else. Don't waste your time with them.

I went to AmeriSave going to do a refinance or at least helping my bed ridden mother through it. A few days into the loan and a bunch of shuffling paperwork. My mom and my daughter catches covid. Keep in mind they have a $500.00 deposit and wasn't very nice when they found out that my mom's health means more to me than her refinancing her house. It's been almost 2 weeks and I still haven't got my $500.00 refund. I guess I will call the federal trade commission today and put in my complaint. My loan officer was Josh Deadrick.

AmeriSave's rates are very good. The communication with the loan officer was not. Several emails were not replied to, and when I did get replies some questions were not answered. The closing disclosures had to be redone several times because they tried to overcharge me for the points. It took longer than any other mortgage I have gotten. Their website is really lacking compared to my last mortgage company. I stuck with them because rates were rising and I am sure I would not get my application fee refunded.

I had a great experience with AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation. Its Agents are really responsive and helpful to get me through the process smoothly. If I have to refinance again, I would select AmeriSave and I think Amerisave is the best one in the market. I will refer my friends and my relatives to AmeriSave.

My mortgage was refinanced through Amerisave online, and the process was not any different than my past refinances with a local mortgage broker where I live. I did most of the application online, including submitting documentations through a secure website. My only in person contact was the final paper signing with a local notary. The mortgage advisor, Austin Cohen, was accessible and pleasantly answered all my questions. The interest rates were competitive and the closing costs were reasonable. I would recommend using Amerisave.

My husband and I are new to Mortgages and Refinances. We worked with 5 companies to get estimates and Amerisave was the only one who didn't share without asking our SSN. We were very clear that it was only an estimate and nothing on our Credit Report should be added. The person said nothing would be added to the Credit report, however he would need our SSN for accurate estimate. We trusted. We went through and gave him the numbers. Now he's saying I agreed to move forward with an Application, where I have just asked for an estimated, I have a Report on my Credit Report. They don't play fair and clear. Very disappointed.
