If I could give 0 stars I would. If you have used your grace period before don't do it with this place. You'll receive calls saying they are attempting to collect a debt. No you're collecting a payment there is a difference, collecting a debt means I'm well over the due date. I have 100% payment history with my mortgage yet if you're in the grace period by a few days you get a unprofessional call saying they are collecting a debt. Once I get the opportunity to refinance I'll be doing so even if it's a higher percentage rate just to get away from this company. Trust me when I say this it will be worth it. Stay away from amerisave!

Jesse Baker was amazing!!! He knew 90% of the answers to my questions off the top of his head, and the other 10% he always got to me within a day after doing the work to verify the information. His diligence also made it so my wife and I were able to close on our purpose AHEAD of schedule! In short, Jesse was amazing and I would ask for him by name if given the opportunity!

My first impression with Amerisave is how much they care for their clients. when I was on the phone with them I felt their willingness to listen and help, processing was quick if it wasn't the COVID hit my home, transactions would have been done earlier, but overall I am very happy and grateful. Started the pre-approval process online, did not submit, and it wasn't even on Amerisave's direct website. My fiance has received non-stop calls. Most recent was tonight at 9pm...really?

Harrasment. Went with a different company and they would not leave me or my significant other alone. 4 to 5 calls a day from different numbers each time but the caller ID always the same, and have been told multiple times that we had gone with a different company and to please stop calling.

I shopped around pretty extensively for a home refinance. It hurt my credit score to do so, but Amerisave was an easy decision based on the costs. I later did a second refinance and since they already had the information, it was very easy, just a few updates. Recently purchased a house and even this process was competitive and efficient. It seemed the rate of interest charged was equal or better than other firms I checked with, so the low cost was just the final touch.

Joshua Sacks always had a quick response, was personal and friendly, thorough, and helpful. Joshua Sacks is an amazing human being. His friendly and knowledgeable support throughout this process was wonderful. Both Joshua Sacks and Curtis Sanders were terrific in replying to my emails, and helpful in explaining things I did not understand. They kept me informed at all times. I liked the website, and the format was easy to upload documents and easy to understand. Joshua was always available by email, or phone. The website clearly showed me what I needed to do, and what was needed to complete the process.

Unfortunately I had already committed and paid the $500 application fee before reading a lot of reviews of AmeriSave. I did successfully refinance my mortgage with a great rate with them, but communication was poor. I called one day and was hung up on by my loan officer, and my calls weren't answered until he called me later that evening. I also elected to use my own closing attorney, filled out the form, and it was not processed. They went ahead and pulled the title with their attorney, so they had to go back and re-do it with little time before my rate lock ended. The overall experience was very "eh", there's definitely better companies to work with.

I am very happy to work with AmeriSave Mortgage to do my house's refinance. They gave me very competitive rates within a day. Their loan officer was very friendly and patient to answer all my questions. The whole process was extremely smooth and saved me a lot of time. I never thought refinance can be this easy. I highly recommend!

I did a refi. I would have given them a 5 star but at the very last minute there seemed to be a lack of communication between two or more individuals that were working on my loan. As a result, it caused a lot of confusion, frustration and delay in closing on the anticipated date. However, if you are comfortable with doing a loan completely online it is a great company to go with. You can download and upload all the necessary documents required. It’s easy, fast and efficient. You can also review and receive most of your loan disclosures online by logging into your account. The online system keeps you updated on what’s needed and what’s been processed. Overall a good company to do business with. I would recommend them and would certainly do business with the company again.

Jonathan Bowen provided very outstanding professional mortgage experience to me and I can attest that AmeriSave Mortgage is so very true to the name of this company. In my case I truly got AmeriSave. I researched reputable companies to refinance our mortgage. I saw so many good reviews about Jesse Scannell and AmeriSave. I chose this company and we had a good experience. Jesse was very helpful and always answered my questions. He explained everything to us. Things ran smoothly and it was for the most part quick. We ran into a glitch after closing, but he directed me to someone that could help me and they took care of the problem. Refinancing my home with AmeriSave Mortgage was an easy and stress free experience. It was a pleasure to work with Conner McClure, who guided me through the process. I really appreciated his patience in helping me complete the online forms, and he was always very prompt in providing information and answering questions. Unfortunately I have lost faith in trying to purchase a house using Amerisave as the mortgage company. They have ruined my interest in obtaining a mortgage with anyone because now I’m afraid all mortgage companies run like this one. Everything was going great then it was this document and that document but before you are even able to get an approval letter, they want a $500 90 day rate lock fee before anything. Chris, our processor became non responsive. I actually emailed his supervisor twice only to get a response finally from Chris. I guess the supervisor has no time to step into his roll and talk to clients. None the less, 4 weeks after being in the process, I get an email cancelling my application. No reason give at all. I reach out on the phone, of course no response so I go the email route and finally get a response that my dti ratio was to high. First off, they saw all my financials weeks earlier, second off, what happen to my 90 days. I should have had 90 days to get everything in order with my dti. Not with Amerisave! Oh well, I now have a company that is professional and responsive. Good luck to anyone that uses Amerisave and if you by chance get Chris as a loan processor, I recommend asking for someone else quickly.

I love doing everything via the web and this was an excellent experience with Amerisave. They were very patient with us and got the refi to go through smoothly even though I am a small business owner which makes things really complicated and hard but if you have a good accountant it makes everything go well. Underwriters are a pain in the butt, but still everything worked out. (NEVER use Marine Credit Union. They blow, ESPECIALLY online.) Amerisave'd us from a horrific interest rate. I THINK they had a problem getting a hold of me because my phone automatically thinks their calls are spam for reasons I think have been observed with their cold calling strategy - but I am glad they called my fiancé at a time I was seeking refinancing, thinking it was the bank I previously chose. Complete accident but incredibly professional and efficient. FINALLY I can auto pay my mortgage and everything is digital. Make sure to check your account or emails just in case they tried to call you.

DO NOT EVEN REQUEST AN ESTIMATE FROM THIS COMPANY especially if you might get an appraisal waiver. They delayed my closing with a different company even though I never even signed an intent to proceed with them. They got an appraisal done (without my acknowledgement) so the mortgage company I was using was no longer able to grant a waiver. Had to send Amerisave $500 for the appraisal just to release it so I could close despite them not even being my lender!!! A few more hours and the entire deal could have fallen through. Oh and the company that did the appraisal is lpartially owned by Amerisave, go figure...STAY AWAY!!!!

Never will I use this company nor will I recommend it to anyone I know due to the fact that they call my phone 3 times a day from 3 different phone numbers and never leave a voicemail. To just keep calling someone who has not once shown any interest in your company and to not indicate what you want is embarrassing, unprofessional behavior.

My husband and I did a refinance. Everything was great other then communication through the underwriter. When they had questions they were right on the phone. When I had a questions it was no response no phone call back. If you are ok with doing everything online and meeting with a notary for signing. Then I highly recommend. No surprises. Not pushy, and very understanding.That's what I liked.

Months of frustration working with my local bank was turned to nothing short of joy, relaxation and gratitude! Thomas returned calls immediately if not answering the phone when I called, explained items when asked and kept me informed as to what was going on! I found him knowledgeable, helpful and polite! Kudos to Thomas for renewing my faith in this process as being simple and enjoyable!!!

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience refinancing with Amerisave Mortgage Corporation and would highly recommend them. Their rates were not only competitive, they stuck to their original quote and did not try to change the terms just before closing. And being a big company, their tech was top notch and loading the required documents and signing them was a breeze. A big reason for the smooth process was the loan originator assigned to my loan, Jonathan Elrod. Going into the refi I dreaded dealing with the loan servicers. I encountered many brokers who were either pushy or vague in quoting terms. Jonathan on the other hand was very pleasant, highly responsive and work very well with me. He was always available to answer any questions, and if he did not readily have the answer, he got back to me by the next day. My refi from start to finish took a little over five weeks and I would attribute Jonathan for the smooth closing.

It was great working with Eddie. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. He also was able to match other offers when I was shopping around for my refinance. I recommend working with Eddie.

Harassing company. I have no business with them yet they have been calling multiple times a day and always from a different number which makes simply blocking the number and going on with my day impossible. STOP HARASSING ME unless you want to be reported to the BBB and FTC.

I had a super easy of refinancing my home loan to a much lower rate than I had been paying. The loan officer responded quickly whenever I had questions, and kept me up to date on what the status of the process was. They had a strange software issue where the same email would show up in my email inbox every day asking me to upload documents that I had already done. The loan officer said to ignore them and that he couldn't control those messages. Odd. Either way, I recommend AmeriSave.

Jerry Lewis and his team helped me secure a refinance loan on my house and the rate I was able to get and the terms absolutely beat everybody else. My rate was almost 1% better than I thought was possible. Jerry made solid recommendations to me which made achieving my rock bottom APR a reality. I've never had such an overwhelmingly positive experience in refinancing any home loan before as I had with Jerry Lewis and his team. I am totally impressed!! AmeriSave and Ms. Amber Shavers made our home refi the easiest mortgage experience I've ever been a part of. I was very skeptical of doing a home refi completely on-line but Amber quickly put an end to any reservations I was having. She was very attentive, took the time to walk me through anything I was having issues with and made sure she fully explained anything I had questions about. Chandler Williams was excellent from start to finish with the ReFi of our loan‼️ He kept us informed throughout the entire process and answered any and all questions we had. He even kept in mind that both my husband and I have difficulty sleeping and are not early risers so he made it a point not to call us before 10am our time, which was very considerate & much appreciated by us‼️Our loan was approved and closed in a very timely manner, in fact the whole process from the beginning right up to us getting our check was only about 3 weeks. This is the second time we have used Amerisave Mortgage Company to ReFi our original Home Loan. Both times we have been pleased with our experiences although the first time it did take much longer to close than it did this time. Chandler was NOT our loan officer on the first ReFi, however the loan officer who worked with us then (that loan officer no longer works for Amerisave Mortgage Co.) also did a good job it just took longer. I can honestly say I Would & Will recommend Amerisave Mortgage Company to anyone that I know who is in the market for a Home Loan or Home ReFi. I will also personally recommend that they ask for Chandler Williams by name and that they let him know that I referred him‼️ You won’t be disappointed with his Performance, Integrity, Honesty or his Personality, which definitely comes across whenever you speak with him‼️ Thank you again Chandler for everything you did for us. Yousef Dahoui from AmeriSave did a fabulous job processing my cash out refinance. He explained the process from start to finish and was as supportive as one could be. There were no surprises along the way, and he was available any time I emailed or messaged him (even evenings and weekends) to answer any questions I had. I am sure Yousef handles many transactions simultaneously. However, he is an expert in his profession, and has the skill of treating each customer like they are the only one. I highly recommend Yousef and AmeriSave!

Terrible experience, everything was good in the beginning, a very easy approval. But then i never received the pre approval letter from the underwriter. And when i called to get an updated pre approval letter for the amount of the house i was putting an offer into, i never received it. I called and was told it would take an hour, after hour i called again. I was then told 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned into hours. I called multiple times, even customer service and nothing. To this day, i have never gotten a call back. I emailed customer service for refund on the deposit i put for the appraisal and have not gotten anything back.
